I put an order in for a cassette , chain & oil on 20th June . On the website it said In stock . I WhatsApp messaged them after 2 weeks & they said they only had the chain & did not know when the rest would come . It is now 8 weeks , I have tried to email & WhatsApp message them & had no replies . I am now extremely worried about the €407 I have paid !
Good experience. A little delay on a tire but I got information about the expected delivery date and it was accurate.

really bad service
have repeatedly written emails to the store that they should cancel my order, as they could not deliver the item within an acceptable time anyway, but got no reply back. Until they wrote that the item has now been shipped...
Very bad customer support.
After almost 2 weeks I did not get any information about my parcel.
They just informed me that they received my payment, but that is it.
I also tried to get in touch with them, but they did not reply to any of my messages.
Can't recommend at all and will never order there again...

After canceling the order the shop did not send the money back. I hope to solve this problem with the help of PayPal! Never order at this shop!!!
