An independent family-run hotel at the heart of the community

The Mount Pleasant Hotel has become the living heart of our Malvern community. Offering a lively mix of social, community and charity events, it offers something for all tastes whilst retaining class, style yet still a lively, friendly and warm atmosphere. The customer service is second to none and attention to detail on all matters relating to customer choice and individuality. My own involvement has been varied over the years - as a former party retailer, now as a charity and business client and across very many event types, and as a faithful local customer too with my family. I feel I can speak with authority. What a gorgeous local community-spirited business with great integrity and traditional values, deserving of all our custom.
