Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend 👎
I had a very frustrating experience at this ski shop and won’t be coming back. Dave who said he was the owner was disinterested from the moment I walked in and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. Totally snobby stuck up vibe that felt like it was a hangout spot over a ski shop.
When I tried talking about my experience at this shop in a local facebook group instead of showing compassion and wanting to help the customer Dave Buckley blocked me on Facebook.
Obviously they cannot take feedback as they then call guests out which is hostile and bullying. All the positive reviews are their friends so none of them can be taken seriously.
Come to find out Dave has or had a second shop in Hadley MA with Werks in the name where countless people have called out him by name for him mistreating them.
Customer service matters, especially in a specialty sport like skiing, and this place completely missed the mark. Plenty of better established options out there with knowledgeable staff who actually care about their customers.
