Waiting to protect my sons phone with a case by the time it arrives he will have changed his phone! Patience is a virtue but seems to a requirement for all customers agree with reviews that delivery part of the business has been over taken by marketing!
In this competitive market a day can feel like a week so every day you add unhappy customers!
The contour is a great phone case
The contour is a great phone case. Great protection in a slim profile is what I was looking for and that's what I got with the Contour case.
Best ip cases ever
Best ip cases ever. I‘ve been able to use my ip7 for 4 years just because it was protected with Mous case from the very beginning. Now my ip11pro is secured with the new Mous case, which i dropped already plenty of times. Meanwhile tried some other products; they look fancy but do not have the ingenieuring behind. The phone is doing great so far. Without their technology it wouldn‘t survive. Thank you sincerely Mous!

I would ask you to seriously consider changing to another logistics/parcel company. Delivery is slow and track &trace is useless.

I love the Mous product lines & their fantastic customer service team!
I love Mous cases! They are beautiful and durable—both a highly protective case and cover as well as a work of art. It’s even better that they have accessories which go hand-in-hand with the cases. I tried several. I bought the wallets and personally prefer the full wallet, rather than the card reader. They are both really high quality, though, but it’s a matter of preference.
Honestly, I love the car accessories most. There is no dealing with unappealing stuck-on magnets/aftermarket mounts or cumbersome adjustable clips to mount the phone in the car. It just locks onto the case magnets & is easy to grab when I need. I can easily see the GPS when driving for work and can swiftly pick up my phone to answer a call as needed. It’s a huge help and the experience feels so premium!
I did have some issues with a discontinued product & wrote to the Mous team. There was some delay (3-5 days) but they were very quick to offer a solution, and mailed it out without issue. When I had another issue with my vent clip snapping, I sent photos to the team, and they swiftly provided a replacement. It took 17 days for the mount clip to arrive, but I understand that COVID has caused delays with many shipments. I have ordered many other products online with similar ship times, so I definitely do not think this was something Mous could have changed.
In my case, my order sat at one post office for a week..... so, if you are experiencing delays, check to see if it’s just sitting at an office, like it was in my case. If so, maybe that post office needs to get it together, or bring more staff in to handle the massive increase in shipments these days. :)
Also, I personally feel we could all use a little more compassion, patience, and understanding these days (myself included!) I’m grateful to the Mous team for their stellar customer service and high-caliber products. Honestly, I will never choose another phone case again! I am THAT happy with this brand!!!
Superb Quality, Reliable Safety

I have used a number of smart phones over the years and always protected them in this way. The Mous case and protector are the best products among many I have used over the years, Very well made and presented, very efficient service, I will use them again and gladly commend them to whoever reads this. They are not the cheapest but they are, in my view, the best!

It takes ages before your case is delivered. If your need a case right now, any other case does a better job, because the mouse cover does not arrive. I have waited nearly 3 weeks now. I understand that we are in a special time right now and that every company has troubles with corona, but come on a company that big should be able to deliver a case in max 1 week.

They started off great! Been there since they were on a Kickstarter! I liked the quality of the products although the time to deliver was more than a month even on my first purchase! they have changed cases and so accessories didn't match anymore! Worse is the quality went down! My last purchase for iPhone 11 case and screen protection plus wallet! the wallet not compatible with the case! the 2 screens broke in less than a week! the cover quality was just not the same! response to even exchange the cover to match the wallet was very unexpected! they have no free return or exchange! If you look for lowered quality, and long time delivery you should order!

Customer Services & Customer Results
They need to have a more effective and efficient method to contact them with issues. Sending emails and getting very delayed responses is extremely frustrating. Being in business large or small has to consider how they will interact, provide services with their customers. I found it difficult to connect with an assistant and that is a problem that needs refinement.
It is noteworthy to acknowledge how customer focused and result oriented that a company employee demonstrated in handling my issues. Jennifer is the Customer Service Advisor employee that responded to my issue promptly. Her work and analysis were very complete that led to an uncomplicated experience to resolving the issues.
MOUS - DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT ANY SERVICE

So far very happy with my new Mous case. Seems very well designed and has great reviews for protecting the phone. My only suggestion to the company is it's very slippery on the sides with the current material. So it's easy for it to slip out of your hand. My former Lifeproof case was a lot easier to get a good grip on it and less likely to fall out of your hand.

I’ve used their iPhone XR case for a while and it is superb. However, I’ve made an order for the wallet and waited about 25 days for the delivery. I have contacted their customer support on numerous occansions and they don’t care. I even offered to pay for new shipment as long as they sent a new one and they don’t seem to care only offering apologies on the delivery situation. However, I’ve ordered mutiple other items and gotten the. In 3 days. Very disappointing. Product a five but delivery and customer support is pretty bad..

No way of phoning this company. Frustratingly all contact needs to go through website contact form. I ordered a case with this company because they offered overnight delivery. Paid extra for this service but my case did not arrive the next day. And now I cannot contact them.
