I have bought Mous cases for 10+years now and keep coming back for the same reason. If I have ever had a problem with a case needing to be replaced due to issues, they have worked with me quickly to support and always follow through

My second phone with Intralock case and mounts

On my second phone with Intralock case, I have mounts for bikes and jetski. Never had a phone detach yet although I still sometimes use a lanyard as a backup (particularly on jetski, wave slams can be quite vicious!

I did have a problem with this second case after almost two years where back and side started to separate. Mous gave me a number of options to remedy under warranty with almost immediate response to my query anc replacement quickly sent without fuss.

"Lifetime" predicted are never the cheapest but my experience has certainly been that Mous do al, they can to maintain a high bar

Excellent customer service and phone protection

Excellent customer service! Judy helped me with their warranty, where they stuck to their lifetime policy, replacing my phone case for no charge after it started to fault two years after purchase!

Their cases have saved my phone from damage numerous times including many drops and clumsy behaviour,

Terrible Protection. doesn't do the job.

Absolutely incredible marketing. Unfortunately, the actual protection does not live up to the hype at all.

I used a Mous case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max because the brand constantly markets itself as premium, ultra-protective, “military-grade,” drop-tested, etc. The reality? After only a few normal everyday drops from hand height, my phone’s entire back glass is severely cracked and spiderwebbed around the camera area.

Not scratched. Not cosmetically marked. Properly shattered.

What makes this even more frustrating is the camera cutout design. The area around the cameras is barely protected. The case looks stylish, sure, but the actual impact protection around the most vulnerable part of the phone feels poorly thought out.

Now the back glass literally creaks when removing the case, and I’m looking at an expensive repair for damage that a “premium protective case” should have helped prevent in the first place.
Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn’t allow adding photos here, because the condition of the phone speaks for itself.
At this point, I genuinely think people are better off buying a reasonably priced protective case from a solid mainstream brand instead of paying extra for marketing and YouTube drop-test aesthetics.

Lesson learned. I won’t be buying Mous again.

Excellent military grade protection for the expensive phones.

I have three mouse covers in the family and collectively we would have dropped the phone in the cover a hundred times. I have never seen the cover coming off or any damage to the phone either. Which I can’t say about other cover. I am so happy to have the Mous cover and am absolutely satisfied with their customer service as well. There was a need to reach out to them on two occasions and both the times I was provided immediate resolution of my concern at no extra cost. The best iPhone covers so far.

iPhone 16 pro max cases

I ordered for my iPhone 16 pro max two different clear cases at Mous website, as it was 20€ cheaper, than on amazon. The delivery from England to Germany took approximately one week. I liked the thin case a lot, but was not a big fan of a black material around cameras. The other black case was too bulky for me. So I decided to return both products. The communication with customer service was very fast, friendly and supportive! Unfortunately the retour (with tracking) cost me 20€ at DHL, because England is not in the EU. That’s why I even thought to keep both products to avoid this cost. Due to that I gave 4 stars rating.

This is a very solid company with high quality products. I did a ton of research after buying my iPhone 17 Pro Max for a good protective case. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and this Mous case kept coming up. I currently have 2 of them and it is my favorite case (this is coming from someone who has at least 10 others (Apple, Benks, Nomad to name a few). I wanted to return one because the color was a little too bright for me. The company responded quickly to my email and gave me clear instructions on how to return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service isn’t common anymore sadly, and Mous has earned my business. Thank you for standing out in the best possible way.

Life time warranty means lifetime warranty

Life time warranty really does mean life time warranty! The cover I bought for my phone has always greatly protected it, but the cover did still take some damage over it’s 4 or so years of use. Even though I couldn’t myself find my receipt, Mous was more than helpful and accepted my warranty claim on my rather damaged cover! Will definitely be going back to them once I buy a new phone at some point!

Always have bought a Mous for all my phones. The quality and aesthetics are second to none. In the rare case things go wrong their support and warranty service have been faultless. Recently has a case replaced without a receipt around 2 years into ownership.

Mous has it all: protection, durability, style and amazing customer support

I purchased my first Mous phone case in early 2021 for my iPhone 12, and it has been incredibly reliable. I’ve dropped it many times (including once while running, when it slid 2–3 meters across asphalt) and my phone was never damaged. Not once!

Now that I’m upgrading to the iPhone 17, I didn’t think twice about choosing a Mous case again. I was hoping to get the Limitless Walnut version, but it’s currently out of stock. I reached out to customer support, and they were super quick to respond, reassuring me that more stock is expected and even providing an estimated timeline.

Another thing I really appreciate about Mous is their continuous focus on improvement. They keep refining the small details to deliver high protection while maintaining sleek, elegant designs.

Their cases may be more expensive than average, but for protection, durability, style, and great customer support, Mous is absolutely worth it.

It might sound like a sponsored review, but it’s not! this is my honest feedback as a 5-year user.
