Get what you pay for when it comes to these solutions. Lost a day's worth of recordings even though it said it was recording. zero compensation for that. also the recordings do not show the correct content - so you dont get a complete view of what your customers were seeing. This is a cheap copy cat of Full Story. get what you pay for i guess. Also they dont work weekends and staff dont care.

Heatmap feature is very useful and one of the key features of the platform. However, their forms feature is very basic and missing key functionality; needs a lot of work. If you need to upgrade to a paid plan, pricing is quite expensive in my opinion. Customer support is very responsive.
