MouseMingle has been a huge disappointment. First, there is an obvious scammer on the site, and when I brought it to their attention, the customer service was absolutely horrible. Instead of addressing the issue seriously, they basically shrugged and told me to “just be careful” because they have no way of vetting users. That alone is scary for a dating site.
On top of that, I reached out about a completely separate problem — I wasn’t able to use the search feature — and their response was that it works on their computer. That’s not support, that’s dismissive.
Between the unsafe environment and the unhelpful customer service, I can’t recommend this site to anyone. Save your time and money.
