This review appears to relate to a brief conversation regarding potential subcontract work, rather than a customer experience of using our service.

As with any independent assessor, you were free to accept or decline the fee offered for that particular instruction, and we completely respect that different assessors operate on different pricing structures. There was no further engagement beyond that initial enquiry.

Move-Nest provides a managed booking and administration service for landlords, vendors and agents who prefer a simple, hands-off way to arrange an EPC. Our pricing reflects the full service provided, including secure online booking, client communication, scheduling, payment processing and coordination of accredited assessors - not just the assessment itself.

We fully respect that many assessors choose to work independently and set their own direct-to-client pricing, and customers are always free to choose whichever route suits them best. Our service simply offers an alternative option for those who value convenience and a managed process.

Thank you for your review. We arranged and confirmed your EPC booking within the short timeframe requested, and the assessment itself was carried out by an independent accredited assessor, as is standard practice across the industry.

We understand you had concerns about some details on the certificate. While we were advised this did not affect the overall rating, we recognise that accuracy matters and supported you as best we could while you escalated the matter with the assessor’s accreditation body.
