I was moving a large house to Italy and wanted a company who could deal with all aspect of the move. Drago was absolutely brilliant as he took all the stress and hassle out of organising
The move itself. On the day of the move this went extremely well and I was kept informed of every stage of the move and especially when my furniture arrived it in Italy, it was off-loaded promptly and professionally.
I am moving more items out next year as we are downsizing in the UK and would not hesitate to use Movega again.
I will be in touch with Drago and team shortly to organise a final move our remaining furniture in the uk to complete our move out in Italy.

I cannot recommend this company enough
We used Movega to move our truck full of stuff from London to Barcelona. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you have done an extensive research for removal companies like I did, and put your contact details in a quotation website, then suffered a series of endless calls from a billion different removal companies, you are probably finding it hard to decide. During my research, I noticed there were a lot of "cheapish" companies with the same price range, and there were a small number of very very expensive companies. Movega was somewhat in the middle, but closer to the cheaper end. But what made them great value for money was the fact that they delivered directly from A to B, while all other companies unloaded at a warehouse in London before loading your goods again & making their actual journey to the destination. Let's face it, that is the scary part, if you value your furniture, even if you asist loading of them carefully at your home, during they unload and load it again, they are more likely to damage them. Unlike the rest of the companies, Movega was offering direct removal, %50 percent paid before loading, %50 when unloading at the destination. Add the great customer service you have and they easily surpass any other company I got quotes from. Special thanks to Boris, the Sales Agent, who was always very cordial answering our questions, and Marcin, the driver, despite the language barrier he was so very professional, and careful when placing our items, as a result nothing was damaged. Great team, real serious people about their work, would recommend their services for any international removal.

We moved from the Netherlands to Switzerland and found MOVEGA to be genuinely top notch from A-Z.
From the very beginning where we requested a quote, the service was personalized and we were informed professionally by Boris as to what we should look for in a moving company.
The entire process that followed thereafter was just flawless. We were informed of every step along the way, unforeseen circumstances and chances were communicated proactively and with suggestions for solutions.
The approach was very professional and personalized. We always felt that we were being guided and helped by someone every step along the way.

Reliable Service and Clear Communication
We had a positive experience with Movega for our move from Germany to the UK. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and despite our visa delays making it difficult to confirm a date, the company remained flexible. Once the visa was approved, they arranged the move within about 10 days.
Pavel and his colleagues were helpful in coordinating the overall process, and their customs team handled the required paperwork efficiently. Tomasz managed the pickup well, and the real-time tracking of the van was a useful feature.
The only point to keep in mind is the 1,000 kg weight limit, which we reached sooner than expected. Still, Tomasz was flexible in helping us reprioritize items. Overall, the move went smoothly, and we were satisfied with the service.

Even though you hire a well-organized company, you never know what will happen on the day. Absolutely, Movega is ready for any situations, no matter what happens. I made several international moves (Seoul -> Paris -> Frankfurt -> London). This is the first time that I feel somebody really listens to me and try to give a full support for a moving. Here, maybe, depending on the contact person, you might have different experiences. My relocation had been together with “Pavel”. Without him, I couldn’t have managed to get all procedures done smoothly (custom approval on short notice, getting unexpectedly bigger furnitures than my door in the property, finding people to help me in one hour for such situations). From start to finish there was great communication and ease with the whole delivery process. We were relocating from Scotland to the EU. I would like to thank Drago for his efforts in explaining and making the moving process seamless. Our driver was also very friendly and helpful.

Don’t use anyone else. Movega is amazing.
The whole experience with Movega was incredible.
Obviously it’s a very stressful time trying to move country and organise the safe transit of your furniture belongings and also sentimental items that you could consider priceless.
However, from the very first enquiry Drago was amazing. He put together a professional quote and guided me through the process in great detail.
I was convinced, as many customers would be, that our goods could fit in a small smaller more affordable truck.
However, when I supplied the inventory to him, he explained very patiently why we would need a bigger and more costly capacity truck.
He Explained the repercussions if we didn’t have the right size truck such as excess weight fees customs issues not to mention a replacement truck which could delay timing.
When the move day got closer and more and more boxes started to emerge we realise the magnitude of the move. Even though we were moving a three bedroom house and I thought we didn’t have a lot of stuff - in fact we did. I then became concerned that the bigger truck that we had agreed to would not be enough.
Drago assured me and provided great confidence that everything was in hand and that their expertise was correct and the truck we had chosen was adequate.
He was 100% spot-on.
The truck arrived on time we were kept informed about the arrival time.
The driver was polite, efficient and loaded the track like a pro.
The track set off and four days later it arrived at our door exactly as agreed.
We were kept informed as to the tracking in progress of the truck at every step including customs clearance.
Customs was easily taken care of with Drago providing extra assistance with completing the customs forms sending reminders and following up any gaps I’d left.
Despite being on the road for four days, not a single thing was broken.
The communication, friendliness, reliability and expertise cannot be matched by any other team.
Many local UK movers could learn a lot from these guys. Our local Movers were at times slightly cheaper and at times far more expensive - all failed to communicate in such an expert, proactive and friendly way.
One of the managers even jumped on a call to help me understand why the bigger truck was necessary. He didn’t get frustrated or cross. He just calmly explained why, we needed the bigger track if we were to keep the number of goods we’re we were taking.
He also pointed out some of the loopholes and issues of cheaper providers such as excessive charges if overweight or needing to change trucks. Lo and behold when I went back and checked quotes from other local UK suppliers this was indeed the case. He also suggested I check with Companies House that some of these companies were in fact registered. One or two were not and we’re actually made insolvent. I feel like I really dodged a bullet and was saved from a very, very expensive mistake.
If you are moving country and getting quotes from multiple suppliers, just stop.
These guys won’t be the most expensive and they won’t be the cheapest, but they will be the most reliable and expert guarding you through what you need and how to get your goods safely from one country to the next.

Movega is just a front
We chose to use them a second time, as our first was a good experience.
- The price within 4 years doubled
- Information about the times and licenses of the drives were not correct
-the representatives calling you on behalf of the drivers were more getting in the way, and very aggressive about terms, conditions the day of, adding to the stress (if I have an issue I'll call you)
- calculation for weight and space required based on inventory list for the move was way off (made it look like we had a lot more than actual
- drivers worked on sunday (in germany) without taking a break
- one of the drivers smelled badly of alcohol, rushed, damaged walls, and ultimately hurt/cut himself and bled on a few pieces of our furniture - refused any medical care we offered.
- refused to take bank transfers (most secure way of making a money transfer), and wanted to use their online debit portal (lack of trust that we would make the second payment, refused to unload our trucks until I more or less begged the upper manager)

Pricing:
Our pricing reflects the current market conditions and operational costs, which have significantly changed over the past four years. While we understand this increase may feel substantial, it is necessary to maintain service quality and business sustainability.
Driver Details and Communication:
There was indeed a change in one of the assigned drivers, which resulted in a new vehicle and license plate. This update was communicated to you via email. We would like to also advise that both of our drivers did arrive on time. Our team made multiple attempts to keep you informed about the vehicle’s arrival, though reaching you by phone proved challenging at times.
Payment Terms:
Your moving coordinator, Pavel, reminded you of our contractual policy that the second installment is due upon the arrival of the vehicles, prior to unloading. This is a standard term in all our agreements. Although our preferred payment method is through our secure online portal, our manager ultimately approved your bank transfer as a gesture of goodwill so unloading could proceed without further delay.
Volume and Weight Calculation:
The volume and vehicle allocation were based on the inventory list you provided. Our coordinator, Pavel — one of our most experienced team members — calculated and recommended the two-vehicle option accordingly. If you believe there was an error, we would be happy to review the inventory list together to better understand your concern.
Work Schedule:
The moving team worked on a Sunday at your request to complete the relocation within your preferred timeline. While we appreciate your observation, working on weekends is common in the moving industry, and all activities were conducted within legal and contractual limits.
Driver Behavior and Damages:
We take any claims regarding driver conduct and property damage extremely seriously. Unfortunately, these concerns were not reported to your coordinator or to our management team at the time of the move. We kindly ask that you contact us directly so we can conduct a proper investigation and take corrective measures if necessary.
We value every customer and always aim to deliver a smooth and professional moving experience. We regret that your recent move did not reflect that fully, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and resolve them appropriately.
