With so few houses in the rental market available, it took so long to find somewhere. Thankfully, as soon as somewhere suitable appeared on the Moveit website, the entire experience became a pleasure (Thank you Charlotte, Thank you Carmen). Smooth move in and a great landlord too. Couldn't ask for anything more.
RENTERS BEWARE: This is an absolutely disgraceful letting agency run by all women. Very very rude to people and renters. I had an issue in the rental property. Took them 1 year to sort out just 1/4 of it after chasing them everyday. They suck all your energy. 0 (ZERO knowledge of what they are doing. They waste more time doing makeup than the actual issues you report. They have women staff working for them that come around to click pics of property when the renter is not around, clicking pics of inside of your house, through the letterbox. Very sneaky women...

Would never use this letting agent again they are by far the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You can’t get them to do any work to the property you rent they use absolute cowboys to do the work you can get them to do then increase your rent as a result, they also get workers to illegally take photos without your knowledge or consent while at your property with no regard whatsoever for the tenants known mental health problems. It is an absolute joke of a company
