Great experience

What can I say about these guys,
I bought a bike from superbike factory in Bradford, I live in Surrey after being messed about by them for 5 days they gave me the number for move motorbikes.
I spoke to Andy he had received the order 30 mins before on the Thursday, by Thursday night he had picked it up and got it back to his storage, I got a text Friday night saying my bike would be delivered Saturday morning....
Absolutely fantastic service, helpful,professional, reliable and all round fantastic experience will not hesitate to use again and recommend these guys

First class service delivered on time great communication throughout I highly recommend

Professional and attentive customer service, sometimes it’s best to give them a call to find out when the delivery is expected if it’s been a few days without texts, however on the day they give you a heads up on time when they’re on there way. Bike arrived properly supported in the van and would definitely recommend and use again.

Good experience overall, waited the full 6/7 days after the job was booked in before being given an actual delivery date but was given plenty of notice.

Excellent communication by both text and phone calls. I knew exactly when my bike was going to arrive and, in fact, it was early. Mike, the driver, was a perfect gent and we passed a good 10 minutes talking of our biking experiences. So, if you need a motorbike collected or moved, I have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Andy made sure that my bike was delivered on Saturday, the guy who brought it came on time and was alike minded biker, very efficient, I'm sure his name was Mike, kept in contact, excellent service.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Kept informed of every aspect from booking, collection, and called ahead of delivery. Would 100% recommend, and would certainly use again in the future.

Absolutely outstanding service.

Kept in the loop.
Told of delivery day 24 hours beforehand and then was given a rough time slot. Morning of delivery I had the driver text me with an exact time.
No issues what’s so ever, easy, from driver to the guys in the office I can’t complain at all.
