Messaging from the company was useful. The delivery driver kept me informed about when he would arrive, when he did arrive he was courteous and helpful.

I had my motorbike delivered yesterday and the service was excellent from start to finish. The delivery driver was really friendly, kept me updated on his ETA, and clearly has a genuine love for bikes. He was just as excited as I was and you could tell he truly enjoys his job. A really nice guy and a great experience overall — I’d definitely recommend!

Arrived on time. Good updates and bike transported safely.

Fantastic service, fully informed all the way through the process. Bike looked after well and photos taken at all stages. They also brought the spare parts back too, including twin seats. I would definitely recommend Move Motorcycles if you need a bike collected or delivered. Five stars from me.

I could waffle on but Andy was nice guy on the phone & Phil called me about his schedule & when would suit me for delivery. He then text messaged the night before to give me a delivery time within the hour. Can’t ask for better.
Phil was spot on driver. He offloaded bike straight into my garage. 👍

The bike arrived just before 13:00hrs the next day. In perfect condition to my garage.
