Absolute scam! Can’t believe i was fooled into buying a new tv license from this company when I’m usually on the ball with fake companies. Charged me £16.50 promising my new licence wouldn’t be emailed to me within 48 hours however I received nothing. It was only then I thought to check reviews and realised I’d been scammed. This company is disgraceful.

I had mistakenly tried to buy a new tv licence. I explained this to the live chat rep and my mistake was rectified and my payment refunded within the time frame.

Comparing the fee charged to the amount of time I’ve actually saved from calling everybody and trying to log into websites and remember passwords I think this service is well worth the fee will use again in future thanks

Complete scam charged paid 16.50 to change details on my Mums TVLicence as I thought that’s what I had to do as looked legitimate! Needless to say they have not changed anything and no refund as promised re paid! Shocking bunch of cowboys

Absolutely disgusting that they are still allowed to operate. My elderly father found them on the top of the search list when trying to change his TV licence address and of course not really understanding what he was doing ended up paying the £16.50 for nothing. He's going to try to get a refund via the credit card but shocking that they can get away with it.

Disgusting that these scammers are allowed to operate the way they do.
I have yet to receive a response from them.
I thought that I was dealing with the TV Licence website, changing my address, only to realise when I received the email, that it wasn't.

Make sure that you claim a refund within 7 days (see 3.2 in terms and conditions). I have just done that and have been promised a refund in 5-7 working days. Will let you know if that happens. I share the disgust of others' responses.

Unfortunately these are still operating and are still the first thing you see when renewing a tv licence very concerned as I was renewing for my disabled sister they have her money and her bank details and have kept both , should the police and phishing authorities not be closing them down, enough people scammed already

I too was fooled by these scammers, as it comes up first when you google change licence details. Shocking. Shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Like many others got caught out as they are top of the Google search when changing TV Licence address. Didn't notice until I had parted with £16.50. Have applied to Paypal for a refund, don't hold out much hope as the scum who run this company will argue it is legitimate.

Scamming people by charging £16.50 to change TV licence license address and addresses for other utilities you may need to notify when you can easily contact the company you want to update, take a few moments to give the information to them and be charged nothing at all. The fact they are at the top of the Google search does not mean they are a good or fair service, it just means they are paying for that ad space. Do not use this service at all as its its the equivalent of selling water to the ocean.

This is a con. They managed to get to the top of Google search. The service offered is free of you want to change address for any business that you use. Don't be taken in by them.

I was looking for something else when the Sponsored Advert appeared on Google... It caught my curiosity!

Upon opening the website and looking further - I could not in any good faith recommend this company! I would NEVER use their services... Not with other options available!

My Concerns were raised when I saw that one of the many things they will help you move happened to be COUNCIL TAX - Unless you are moving Country or District, This would be TOTALLY UNNECESSARY.

I have moved numerous times in my life, Including across the country into another District... And on each and every occasion - Upon informing my local council that I would no longer be residing in a property they are liable for - The first information they ask for is the NEW ADDRESS!

So Moving your Council Tax is A COMPLETE AND UTTER FALICY! They DO NOT DO THIS AS THEY DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS! Your Local Council will ask you DIRECTLY for those details the moment you tell them you are going to be leaving!

MoveMy offer a legitimate Service - But at £16.50 then a further £3 for any other accounts you may need to add such as Utilities, Broadband, Etc... Their Prices are BEYOND BELIEF!

There are other Services that provide the same for a SINGLE COST FLAT RATE FEE - And they check with Credit Reference Agencies to ensure they find ALL APPRORIATE ACCOUNTS that will need to have Address Details changed.

If you really do not want to search for the other companies, You can also speak to Citizens Advice - Who will help you do this for all your bills and Creditors FOR FREE, Contact your Local Social Services Department who will also help you - FOR FREE, Or last but not least The Department of Work and Pensions who again will help you - FOR FREE!

I used this company without reading the reviews. I am usually very careful where potential scams are concerned but their name was the first that appeared when I wanted to change my address on my TV Licence. Having read the reviews I have requested a refund and await the results,
