SCAM!!!!!!!! THEY CHARGE YOU TO MOVE YOUR TV LICENCE FEE WHICH IS ACTUALLY FREE TO DO SO THEY CHARGE YOU £16.50 FOR NOTHING. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! RIP OFF MERCHANTS. THOUGHT THIS WAS THE GENUINE TV LICENSING WEBSITE

Good way to update all these companies they all make it soo difficult these days with all these accounts and logins, was easy to do and will use again many kind regards

I accidentally clicked on these when trying to change address on TV license, I thought it was the genuine site as appeared first on list when googled. They tried to charge £16.50 admin fee for something that tv licensing do not charge for and is simple. I'm lucky I didn't pay it

I am always careful to look for legitimate sites but I got hoodwinked by these scammers! £16.50 for a free service. I do not believe that I authorised a payment to them of £16.50. If that had appeared I would have stopped immediately because I know it should be free!

I would guess this service has maybe saved me about 3 hours of phonecalls, interesting idea and would recommend as very easy to fill in and complete this online tool

Was recommended to service by friend easy straightforward process found all of the companies I needed to and has saved me a lot of time as moving house can be quite a chore having to contact so many people but got there in the end, happy customer michael

I genuinely thought, as they were at the top of the Google Search Page, after receiving a Genuine Letter from TV Licensing inviting me to both 'go paperless' and inform them of an impending change of address, it was an official site. It was only when I got to the bottom, after filling some personal details etc, and then seeing they were demanding £16.50 for a FREE SERVICE I totally agree with previous comments urging for a ban on this type of flagrant 'rip-off'. Unfortunately I pressed the Delete Button instead of copying their details. I reported it to Action Fraud, who surprisingly said, that as no crime had been committed they were powerless to act and wouldn't be taking it any further, but would note my comments.

Scam website pretending to be the tv licensing company. Charging £16.50 for something which is a free service and then saying they will refund you but lying. Site should be shut down and avoiding at all cost!

At least services like this take some of the stress away from my house move, was fast to fill the information and easy to use, but they do need to add a few missing ones i think

The form application went smoothly online and the steps were clear and simple to follow, i lost some paperwork so had to get help to find numbers etc but will def use again and would recommend people to try them

Easy to fill and update your companies, was really easy to understand the details needed to be filled only once and hve saved time so far very simple

My daughter told me about this service so decided to try as was a good idea, was surprised at how many of the companies were available to contact, had some minor issues finding some companies on the list but the live chat was able to help so overall a pleasant experience

Have recommended to some of our clients recently as has helped them save time on top of the usual things to do when moving home, had had positive feedback so far, although we would advise going to the post office for your driving licence as this requires a new photo and paper forms to be signed, if you can still believe it in 2021!

Appalling. They pretend to be the TV licensing company on google, and then take a fee to change your details. When you go to their website from google, No where does it say that they’re an intermediary, and the £16.50 is the amount they charge for their services. The make out that the charge is for the change itself- the same way companies will often charge you for changing details on a contract.
After submitting a complaint I have got my money back.

Used this service last week and have to say it’s saved me a lot of time to be fair, ive updated around 12 suppliers which would have taken me at least 2 hours normally so will be recommending to friends thanks!

This is a great service..and takes the stress out of having to make lots of phone calls yourself! Very well priced also, would highly recommend!

Like the other reviewers, I believed that this website was the TV licensing. It isn't. I lost £16-50 as well to change my address. It is free to do this on the real TV licencing website.

It is a scam pretending to be a TV licensing authority.
