The process of getting my car to SoCal to Northern California was seamless. Even though I did not have an exact date to ship, Liza Brooks was constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. She was able to answer any questions I had and was able to make the necessary updates when I needed to alter my plans. I will use them again if I ever have to move.

Used moverjet to transport a 2025 Camry from Alabama to Washington State. Original quote came in 500-600 cheaper than any other quote. Once it was as dispatch a counteroffer came in $200 higher. Which to me was perfectly fine. Still came in cheaper than any other quote I received. When counter offer came in it gave me a confirmed pick up date. Which they were happy to add to the new contract. Delivery happened 5 days later. Will from moverjet always got back to me when I had a question. The driver of transport had all his paperwork in order when I asked to check. Our car made it in the same condition it was given to transport. And since it was new I was very happy about that. I would absolutely recommend. If you need an exact pick up date because of timing I would suggest you pay the much high rates that are out there. You get a pickup window I believe it was 5 days. We were fexiable with ours and if you read the contract then you will fully understand that. Moving can be expensive so we were willing to save where we could.

I recently had to move my son's boat from California to O'ahu and Ann Summers was the one that returned my inquiry. In an industry of competing third partys trying to arrange shipments on either Matson or Pasha, as they are the only two real shippers, she was professional and courteous the entire process. She was in constant contact with me advising me what I needed to do and also provided me the best price I could find. Most of the other people failed to return calls, promised the moon and did not deliver. However, Ann kept her word and did what she promuised to do all along the way, I would highly recommend her to anyone having something difficult to ship to make the matter of little concern.

I arranged to have my car shipped months in advance. It was supposed to be picked up yesterday and now they are telling me I am their top priority, but still no driver. I am flying out NYC to retrieve the car tomorrow. This has become rather expensive and difficult relying on this company. Be careful. I deleted all the other carriers I contacted and I am now in lurch.

I was so much worried how to transport my suv from New Jersy to Michigan,after so many hassle I got moverjet and the man behind the phone Mr Wil was way much supportive. I got all the updates through mail and there was detailed instruction,quotation. About the carrier, they did outstanding job.I am just impressed,I will recommend anyone who want to transport their vehicle in future.

Once my truck was ready the pickup and delivery only took two days. Good price and delivery was easy.

I can’t be more pleased. I was surprised how quickly the move of the vehicle was arranged after contacting Jordan. It was picked up 2 days after ordering and delivered 3 days later. I wasn’t expecting that quick moving the vehicle from MN to AZ. The driver called the day before to advise a time of delivery and the delivery was even earlier than he said. I had used Moverjet previously and was impressed with that move also.

Ann was a great service rep. She was communicative. She answered all my questions and she updated me on the process.

They were not able to get a driver on the first quoted price but after adjusting the price they were able to pick up next day. Still 20 cheaper than renting a Uhaul car hauler without calculating gas and the hastle of hauling it myself. Driver drove it straight into the garage.

Adam was great & I’d use him for transportation services again. From keeping me updated on any delays that had accrued due to the weather, to him offering to purchase me lunch. I almost felt as if we were family lol.
