Movers not Shakers of London Ltd Reviews

Alex and Kelvin were incredibly efficient and super nice. Highly recommend going with them

Clint and his team were super efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. No hesitation in recommending them!

Always a pleasure using Movers not Shakers. I’ve used this company twice now for a house move. They are a professional and super friendly service which is also affordable. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you so much!

Movers Not Shakers did an excellent job in providing a smooth move of our 2-bedroom flat from London to Hull. Professional, efficient, and friendly - our furniture and plants all arrived safely. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service! Clint was thoughtful and professional through out the quoting process, dedicating the time needed to make sure he understood the job which gave me a lot of comfort. Then Fabio and his packing and moving team were stellar. Nothing broken or dinged. The whole move was smooth.

Movers Not Shakers were the most reliable and helpful part of my move! Their customer contacts are amazing; always calm, efficient, and excellent communicators. They dealt with a move that changed from day to day with complete efficiency and friendliness. The packing team was friendly, approachable and incredibly efficient - everything was done a good 2 hours ahead of schedule. They're also very reasonable in terms of price. I couldn't have asked for more. I've used the company twice and would recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful and patient guys.

A great service, highly recommend. All well done, from the no-nonsense bid to the careful packing and moving.

Second time using their services, always happy! Great team, kind and careful with our furniture and fragile items. We used the packing/unpacking, disassembly and reassembly of furniture. 1000% recommended!

Incredible Service - prompt and personal communication from beginning to end with Clint, the company owner, who supplied a dedicated team who were all professionals with a lot of experience. Everything we own is valuable and they took so much care. They moved us from 3 locations and all helped to unload very attentively. Really respectful movers, great communication, great attitude, everyone was so helpful and the most competitive prices out there. I found them from this Time Out review and think it's worth reading: More than just a rock-solid pun, Movers Not Shakers have grown from a rudimentary man-and-van outfit to a six-truck, fourteen-man squad in just over a decade, thanks to satisfied customers and enthusiastic word of mouth reviews.

FANTASTIC SERVICE - can’t recommend them enough! Such a smooth experience from the first interaction with Clint to the very end of the moving day. Clint was very professional and informative, provided a flexible and reasonable quote. The team did an absolutely fantastic job on the moving day. Matt, David and the Portuguese guy (can’t believe I forgot your name, sorry!) were amazing. We moved quite many times in the last year, but I’ve never seen such a cool team who worked really hard but still managed to make it feel like a very relaxed, modest paced day. They worked sooo carefully, wrapping things up nicely, dismantling and putting up wardrobes, and moving around slowly to avoid any damage to the furniture and property. They finished it bang on time in line with their initial quote and time estimate. I was super impressed by their professionalism and high quality work. And they are good people. Definitely recommended!

Great experience using these guys to pack and move from a flat to our new house. Very professional and friendly and a decent price.

The best moving experience I've had in London! Clint and the team are super friendly, professional and made everything so easy. Couldn't recommend them enough and they really took care of my stuff.

Great customer service as well as a very gentle, kind team. They de-stressed the entire move for me. My only feedback to them: more fully develop their unpacking services. I only had one worker helping me unpack the entire flat and we needed probably two more to just be efficient.

Clint and the team could not be better. Professional, on time, great guys, who totally go above and beyond to ensure our move went well. We've moved three times in the last 8 years and Movers not Shakers have done each of those moves, and done it impeccably. I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending them. I wouldn't bother getting a few quotes. There price is very fair and the service is 5 star, 10 out of 10. So just go for it, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Clint and team. We really appreciate you guys!!

The removal went fine - but a Chanel handbag and a diamond necklace were stolen!

Excellent company with whom I have been doing all my moves (3 times) since 2016.
Very easy quotation through a whatsapp video visit.
Almost always the same crew, very professionnal, helpful and very friendly.

Can help you with disassembly, assembly, packing, unpacking.

This is the way to avoid a stressful day.

Prompt response with a very good quote; super efficient and competent; they arranged and organised everything for the move; carried out move on the prearranged day with great skill and speed. On this experience, I can happily rate them as the best removals I have ever relied upon, in a pretty long life of travel and moves.

So I mostly use Trustpilot to name and shame evil behaviour from bad companies. Not the case today!
Kudos to the Movers not Shakers team who did an outstanding job for my move in London from A to Z. Easy planning and communication with Clint. Super efficient moving team made of 5 international sporty and very friendly guys (Portuguese, Italian, South African) with 2 trucks. Furnitures disassembled and re assembled in no time and no damage. Last and not least, the team accidentally broke a building window when climbing the stairs with a big sofa up to the 4th floor. As promised by Clint, they sent a glazier to replace within 24h. It’s the 2nd time I use this team and would highly recommend them and use again
