I'm feeling better after a month of doing the Back and Core program. I would have liked more guidance on how to go through it (times each session, etc) and more assistance but overall a great experience so far.

Amazing Program that works!
I've been struggling with shoulder impingement and then a shoulder cuff injury the past year that I could never get to go away. I'm only 80% finished with the new Shoulder Program and my shoulder is noticeably better and getting close to 100%. Unlike a lot of of YouTube solutions to my injury, moveu is creating good habits and fixing my gym form to make sure the injury stays away for good.

The moveu intro song is implanted INTO MY SKULL! I keep hearing it over and over again!
Other than the catchy intro, very educational, and an amazing program. Totally worth the subscription.
Learning how to use my core made me realize I've been doing some exercises wrong (such as plank) for YEARS

Easy to understand
Easy to understand. Rapid postural improvements. Fun. Short videos help to keep your attention. Great job overall.

Curriculum could use some tightening
Feels like the curriculum is being thought of on the fly. Otherwise, really cool.
For example, the taking photos at the beginning of Hip / Core did not ask to record myself holding a leg up, then the following exercise when we were drawing lines on the photos, apparently you had to have one with your leg up. So I had to set up the tripod etc all over again. This happens quite a bit throughout the courses. A little bit of cohesion would be super nice! Thank you for all the hard work.
EDIT: They have and/or are addressing the curriculum needs and are improving it. Way to go, MoveU team! They already were a fav health routine as it is, now even more. Thanks for all the hard work!

I love the program
I love the program! It’s videos are easy to understand and follow. They are short so it doesn’t take a lot of commitment to watch the videos or to go back and rewatch them. They are very knowledgeable and have great advice.

Incredible program
As a rowing coach I’ve worked with many physical trainers. This program is the best program I’ve ever seen for someone to truly learn the fundamentals of how to move their. I’m excited to get further into the program but I’m already recommending it to many friends

I have a hard time navigating the courses. I’m not sure if it’s me or just a learning process. The videos are great, teachers are good and visuals are spot on.

Mixing education and entertainment is super important and MoveU has done an excellent job helping both normal people and exercise professionals learn more about healthy movement in a way that is fun and convenient. Thanks Mike and the Team!

An Active Person Aging with Access and Ability
Within three days of starting the MoveU program, I could turn my head to the right, without pain, for the first time in over 2 years. For the price of 4 chiropractic visits (which were not helping anyway) I am now fixing my s*^%! - undoing the hours of computer-oriented work, in and around being a very active, exercise-oriented 50+ person. So grateful to the MoveU team for this approach to structural work.

I love MoveU!
I love the MoveU program. I have been doing it now for about a month and it seems to be helping. I love the energy of Dr. Mike and all of the coaches ; they truly seem to care. It is great to hear what they have all gone through in their body/pain journey because it gives hope. Their energy is contagious too. The program is well set up… although maybe they need to give the “how to follow the program” at the start of all the programs, not just the total body one. The information is in all of the programs but that one just seems to have it all up front, which clears up any confusion. Also, during the videos, especially when the coaches talk, the audio isn’t great.
Other than those tiny things, which do NOT impact the efficacy of the program at all, I have no complaints. THANK YOU for MoveU!

The videos and tutorials are extremely easy to follow and the content is excellent.
I highly recommend.

The MoveU Program - Can I give 10 Stars?! Life changing :)
I am a veteran teacher, thankful to be back in the classroom for school year 26 to teach children with special needs. I truly thought that this past school year was going to be my last due to severe, daily, back pain. I had been strength training for years and workouts had dwindled to a handful of bodyweight exercises done very early in the morning before the worst of the pain set in. I did the meds, supplements, PT, chiros, injections, acupuncture, etc., all with very limited relief as my pain continued to increase.
I see so many people ask on the MoveU IG lives, “Will the program work if I have_____” (fill in the medical/structural blank).
So here goes my testimonial… I have multiple spinal fusions with rods and screws, cervical and lumbar stenosis, scoliosis, retrolisthesis, disc herniations and bulges, a hip labrum tear, bunions, Morton’s neuromas, flat feet, knee valgus, shoulder issues from a badly shattered right arm (MVA, years ago) and many other old injuries from years of equestrian competition and horse training.
At wits end, 9 months ago, I took a chance on the MoveU program as a last resort before more back surgery.
In short, Dr Mike is a genius and he and the MoveU program have given me my life back.
Will I ever be 100% pain-free? No, given my age and the degree of wear and tear on my body, that is just not a realistic goal, but I am FUNCTIONAL again!! It is a blessing, at almost 60, to be able to live my daily life, continue to work in a career that I am passionate about, get back to strength training armed with the power of all of my MoveU skills and knowledge and do what I love day to day without constant awareness of pain and without the life limitations of daily, severe pain. Dr Mike and MoveU have given me that.
I am back for another year of teaching and back to making a daily difference in lives because Dr. Mike, the MoveU program and team made a profound difference in mine.
So, if you’re asking the question, “Will the program work for me if I have_____ ?” (see list above, LOL)
The answer is, if you are willing to put in the work, absolutely and without a doubt !!
The REAL question is, how badly do you want it ?!

Not sure (I wasn't but now I am)
I have mixed feelings about MoveU, the theory is great and there is plenty of detailed videos. My main issues, firstly there is no support unless you're happy to sell your soul (and more importantly, your personal information) to Facebook where you can get support from "the community". You're spending a fair amount of money on membership, so support really shouldn't need to be provided by fellow users. It also shouldn't require signing up to a third party service that many people have quite strong (and negative) feelings about.
The layout doesn't seem particularly user friendly and it isn't especially intuitive for finding specific content quickly. Whilst the videos are very detailed, it would have been useful to have summary video options for a quick reminder instead of having to rewatch longer videos each time.
My other issue, the fact that so far, the exercises are actually causing problems rather than fixing anything. When I started, I had a sore shoulder, a month in and that shoulder is worse,, the other one is having problems and my back is now aching, despite never having had back problems in my life. Now it's quite possible it's sheer coincidence, it could be one of those things, it could be that I'm doing something wrong or it could be that the exercises aren't right for me. But because I won't use Faceboook, I have no way of finding out, although, again, it's really not something that other members should be having to provide help with.
If you're more active than I am and happy to use Facebook, this might be a good program for you. But for me it seems as though it's going to end up at best being a waste of money, at worst leaving me more damaged than I was when I started. So not a membership I will likely be renewing.
EDIT
In relation to the reply from MoveU, from what I can see, the Zoom events are just that, events with multiple people in attendance and with a specific purpose, so not really an avenue to get support or feedback on a completely unrelated topic. So again, not really very helpful.
I have now completely given up with the MoveU program and the additional issues the program was causing or exacerbating are easing and settling down.
With giving up on the starting program I had a little look around at the other content and, frankly, I just can't. The newer instructors all seem to have the levels of deranged enthusiasm that can only be rivaled by psychopaths and children's TV presenters.
I'm assuming they are more used to working in group settings for activities like Zumba and aerobics where the over abundance of congratulations might be warranted.. However in something that is supposed to be gentle movement, more along the lines of yoga or pilates, it seems completely out of place. Not to mention on a pre-recorded video, "Well Done!" and "You're doing so well!" become completely meaningless when you're just viewing ahead and are actually sat in a comfy chair in your bunny slippers eating a muffin.
All of which means, I am now dropping my three-star "I'm not sure" review down to a one-star, "I wish I hadn't wasted my money, if you really want to try, only take the single month to try it out" review.
