Hi i would like to share my experience not only as a customer also as an agent working there for Carshipcentral , movewheels and true carrier it's the same company with different names and how they ask us to scam people and keep on asking for more money overtime here is how it works they will provide a low price to get you sign a contract and get the CC info and keep on pushing the dates till you end up paying more so they make more money and get the lowest price for a driver it doesn't end here as an employee i had a family emergence and provided what's going on to the sales manager and got sick the next thing that i was told that i got fired and will not be paid for the month that i worked almost the full month it's up to you to give them your business or not after reading this but remember that you will be making a fool out of yourself

Gary was very kind and patient with my concerns. He took time to listen address the concerns. The carrier, on the other hand, was poor at communicating and took more time than we thought necessary. It's been a month and a week and we still don't have our motorhome. We don't know yet if his excuses may have been ligitament, so this criticism may be too harsh.

If I could give Move Wheels less than one star, I would. My experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish and absolutely not worth the high price I paid.

To begin with, they quoted me $1,200-1500 in the beginning which turned into $2,200 at the last minute- something I almost feel was premeditated.
They also picked up my vehicle later than scheduled with no clear communication about the delay. I had this process meticulously planned out; while taking leave I returned home and intended to be able to oversee and assist with pickup. But, due to lack of planning on Move Wheel’s part, my family was tasked with doing this as the towing company arrived a day late and I had already left. Additionally, the tow truck driver who came to pick up my car did not even know how to drive a manual, and my uncle (who had never driven this car before) had to drive my car up onto the truck himself. This caused me and my family a great deal of stress off the bat.

Throughout the process, I was forced to constantly reach out just to get basic updates. There was no tracking information provided, and any attempt at coordination felt like I was chasing them down for answers. For a premium-priced service, the lack of professionalism and efficiency was shocking.
Once my vehicle finally arrived (late), my fuel door and a trim piece from the rear bumper (totalling about $700) were missing. Upon reaching out to Move Wheels for a resolution or information they just told me to talk to the shipping company THEY contracted- something I would expect them to do for me as I paid them to deal with the shipping company.
The one bright spot in this mess was Noah, who was polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, even with his efforts, he was clearly limited by a disorganized system and could not make things move smoothly.

The worst part came after the transport was finally complete. Due to the delays and overall poor service, I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement or resolution. Despite weeks of calls and follow-ups, I received no response from the billing department or upper management. It felt like once they had my money, they simply didn’t care.

In the end, I did not receive the service I paid good money for, and I would strongly caution others against using Move Wheels. The only thing this company does is charge you almost double the price to simply find the actual transportation company that will be shipping your vehicle. I myself could have done this cheaper with less stress. A company that charges premium prices should be accountable for its service—this one clearly is not.

Horrible Middleman Service - They gave me a date to drive to Oakland Port to deliver my vehicle ; "Guaranteed" me a Delivery Date of June 27th, Said they will call me Tuesday morning that I have to deliver my vehicle that day. They never called Tuesday morning - I already drove 3.5 hours to Oakland ; where they told me they can't deliver my Vehicle that date; then made me wait 3 hours so they could tell me I had to store it at another company for $300. and I could have my vehicle dropped off after July 14-22nd for a delivery date of July 27th. I contacted Matson myself found out I can just drop my vehicle off for free. Ending up paying these guys $550 more than the Matson price for them to Coordinate NOTHING! Make me wait 3 HOURS to tell me I had to BUY STORAGE! when i could have just went there to drop my vehicle off and saved $550 - CALL MATSON DIRECT!
