Movie Deck 

Order that free promo swords from game of throne as it was promoted by Peter Dinklage from his Instagram page. Valued at $100 they were saying, well I just received it yesterday, from China Post, made of plastic from head to toe, probably could buy something similar at Dollar Store for 2 bucks, paid shipping $19,99 usd for that 🤨

If I could give zero I would been waiting since April lots of promises on Instagram until it was deleted they are absolutely the scum of shops don't trust them.
If I could give less than zero I would they way they led me on for months is discussing.

These guys do not correspond in any way and will not deliver, nor return your money. But there's still hope if you have purchased something. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BY CONTACTING YOUR BANK AND FILING A DISPUTE. I just did and it all came back. Feels great. Contact your bank and get your money back.

I ordered one of each Hogwarts house robes at the end of April and now that I think about it, I never really got a confirmation e-mail... tried looking through all my emails but didn't find anything.
My bank acc says there's been money drawn to MOVIE-DECK though 🙄
And since there is no contact info or whatsoever on the internet I have literally no idea what to do..

I want refund. It's holy s(h)it company!!!!

Sent an email hoping for an update, and they emailed that i should DM them on Instagram, but it looks like their Instagram account was taken down before they sent that email.

total scam. calling my bank now.

EDIT: successfully got a refund from my bank. lesson learned.

Scam
At first it seemed pretty legit. Loads of people on Instagram with a lot of followers partnered with them, therefore I ordered three swords from them. When I didn’t receive my confirmation email, I wrote to them on Instagram and they replied and sent me the email. However after waiting 7 weeks without my package arriving I tried to write to them on instagram again, but they never replied and after a couple of days, I could no longer find them on Instagram. If someone from movie deck is reading this, I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK!

I ordered a sword from Movie deck just 2 days ago, but had to cancel my order. Although I didn’t receive an item from this company, I did ask a lot of people who did, and they all said that the swords were good quality and came within 20 business days. I had to cancel my order because when I messaged them about how long the delivery was going to take, it would have been longer than I would have liked (as this was a Birthday Present). They were very understanding and gave me a full refund the next day. From my experience I don’t think this company is a scam and they have great customer service. I hope this is helpful for someone who may have already bought a sword from them and is waiting for the arrival. :)

I ordered from them 6 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING!!!! This is a total scam!!! Do not do business with this company. I also ordered a product from another company called jsmrg. The confirmation text i received when placing the order came from the same phone number as movie-deck. Now the links they sent for the order "do not exist" if this doesn't say scam I don't know what does.

SCAM!!!! This site charged me for shipping for a GOT "promo," but never sent a confirmation email or follow-up of any kind. I get that things are taking longer to ship/arrive, but not even a confirmation email or follow up to my order??

NO ONE has responded to my emails. I haven't heard a word from them since my purchase 3 weeks ago. I ordered an item for my anniversary and it never came nor could I forward an email to my love. Glad I had a plan B. Thanks for nothing dudes.

At first i was doubting Moviedeck since it's been 2 weeks after my purchase (shipping only) and no confirmation at all. Then i chat them through DM and they responded immediately. They informed that i have to wait 45 days. I'm fine with that. Then after 45 days without confirmed with my office guy first, i chatted Moviedeck again asking the update status of my order. They said it's been delivered and yesss that's true. My tumblr came with good condition and i likeee it! Thanks Moviedeck for always give a fast response and clarity to ur customer! :)

Took almost 3 months, but got the item today. It seems a bit too bendy and fragile, but good enough for a replica sword that's 'free' and I paid only 20 bucks for delivery.

2 weeks after ordering I had to contact them to ask if my item had even been shipped, got a reply saying it could take 40 days to receive my order. who the hell wants to wait 40 days for an item? would not recommend.

i requested a full refund through their instagram dm because of an accidental order placement. they responded pretty promptly, and got the refund very quickly and smoothly.

Recently made a purchase on Movie-Deck. I order "Sting" Frodo’s sword from The Lord of the Rings. The price was fine, they actually had a 100% discount, although I had to pay the shipment, which was around $20. Soon after I realized the company wasn’t really American, it was from China and they didn’t follow their policy of delivering the package in 48 hours, so I decided to write them after two weeks to see where my package was going, I wrote them quite a few unanswered emails. Having no answers I decided to write to them directly on Instagram, and to get their attention I put them that I was upset about the service. However, a few days later I had an answer and managed to ask them all my doubts. I think they should put more information on the web site, so someone would be able to see fully how is the producto they want to buy. I haven't read good reviews on internet, because the products are not the same as the one we see in the pictures, but is because Movie-Deck don't put a lot of information about the products, that in my opinion is like cheating. I honestly don't recommend buying here, because there products won't have as good quality as other stores, like WetaWork Shop (for example, the swords they sell are made on foam, while WetaWork Shop sell steel swords, that have win competitions), and because they sell unlicensed products.

Had a really great experience with Movie Deck. They have the most amazing and very supportive staff. They really helped me a lot when I had some trouble with my order. You should definitely check their store out they have the coolest items on board. Specially the Swords, they are awesome.
