If you gave them your credit card (as I was stupid enough to) call your bank and cancel your card immediately. They will not give you access to any movies and will take your money. This is a scam. Their website looks professional but they are a scam.

I have no idea how this site got my card information but I got a one dollar charge and then a one dollar refund from this site, probably testing to see if it would go through. Luckily I have fraud detection so I got a phone call to let me know and we cancelled my card immediately and now I am waiting on my new one. If you get a charge from this company, report it, even if it's as small as mine!!

I was looking to rent a film and somehow I must have activated something that made it possible for Moviease.com to steal 24,95 euros from my account. I did not see the film and did not accept to pay for anything. I don't remember even the name Moviease. This is just plain criminals.

Im checking my account & see that they charged $27.00 from my account & this week $54.00, but never signed up with them. I did sign up to netflix & cancelled this after 3 days, and they were fantastic. However these crooks keep taking money for 1). Not signing up & 2). Not watching any movies. This really disgusts me because they're making money off innocent people. Why would I want to subscribe to a company I've never heard or been advertised on tv in New Zealand. That's soooooo low you money hungus pigs!!!!!!

This site literally steals money. At first I found a link of movie witch I wanted to watch and they said I could watch it after I sign up a free membership for five days, but it turned out that I still couldn't watch it. Next, I went to my membership area and the description they gave along said no money would be taken from me unless I go for further purchase, but I woke up this morning announced by my bank that I have been taken away near 40 dollars. So, I went to their site to cancel my membership, but more worst is that I have to pay 1 dollar to do so. I'm not a native English speaker, If I am, I would like to put a lawsuit on this thief company.

I have never even heard of this company let alone signed up to them or given any details to any company online firat time i saw their website was when i researched who had just taken $59 out of my account through my visa debit card

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people charged my Master Card even though I never had a premium membership. This was done when I was laid up after back surgery. They then argued with me when it was obvious that I didn't log in to their website for 6 months. Still waiting on bank to get my money back. Beware!

I went to sign up for another site and when I went to enter my details it directed me to moviease.com sign up page, so I did think it was for the other site which I wanted.
They made me enter my cc information to activate my account and said their was a 5 day free trial, with no fees if you cancel during this time. So now realising it was the wrong site that I signed up for (not a good selection of movies either- mainly scary movies), I have tried to cancel and now its saying I must pay a 99c cancelation fee or to call the company to cancel for free. I live in Australia and apparantly this is a london company, so calling an international number is out of the question.
I have already had charges come out of my credit card from this site and I'm still within the free trial period. Does anyone know how to cancel this without being charged??

I TRIED TO FIND AN OLD MOVIE TO WATCH THAT I COULDNT FIND ANYWHERE AND GOT DIRECTED TO THIS SITE CALLED IGLOMOVIES.COM AND THE SITE REDIRECTED ME TO A SIGN UP PAGE...THINKING IT BELONGED TO IGLO, I SIGHNED UP...PUT IN MY CC NUMBER AND NEVER GOT DIRECTED TO THE SITE ITSELF!!! INSTEAD THE SITE WAS FOR MOVIEASE.COM AND THEY HAD NO AFFILIATION TO IGLOMOVIES.COM SUPPOSEDLY!!! THATS WHAT THE LADY SAID WHEN I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I ASKED CERTAIN QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT THIS COMPANY IS AND SO FORTH.... BASED IN ENGLAND I BELIEVE AND IT SOUNDS AS IF ONLY ONE REP IS RUNNUNG THE PHONES THERE!! I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY MOVIEASE.COM AND THERE WRONG DOINGS. Everyone who was scammed by this company deserves what they get. You tried to get something for free when there isn't anything the movie industry will give away for free. You are upset because you were scammed by trying to workaround the legality of watching movies online.

I knew this was scam before I ever got to the website because it was from a link on youtube. I checked a few of their other links just to verify my intuitions and sure enough; not only was I taken to Cineble.com, I was also taken to Moviease.com, and Realvids.com which surprisingly ALL LOOK THE SAME!!!

After a few google searches I found this site and am astonished at everyone who fell for it. You people really need to do your research before clicking on a link. NO REALLY, research everything and you will see that 90% of everything that's too good to be true... IS!

CALL CENTER IS TERRIBLE!! HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES. GETTING FRUSTRATED TRYING TO CANCEL ACCOUNT I DID NOT CREATE. THE WANT INFORMATION FROM ME ABOUT MOVIE EASE ACCOUNT THAT I DID NOT HAVE BECAUSE I DID NOT CREATE ACCOUNT!! TOLD THEM THEY HAVE MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND TO STOP CHARGING ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSON ON ACCOUNT AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS. NAME & EMAIL ACCOUNT THEY GAVE WERE NOT MINE. When i made my free account it said it was free but it took 0,99$ dollars from my back account and if i want to cancel my account it says that i have to pay 0,99$ just for canceling my account!....

It says 5 days free trial, had to enter credit card details and there were some small check boxes in the forms that contained hidden costs. Be careful not to tick them. Otherwise they will continue to charge you every month. No where to remove your credit card account in the website too. SCAM!

somehow this POS company got my daughters account number and have been deducting 2.95 from her account for the past few months. She didn't sign up for them, she didn't voluntarily give them her information yet they have it. Don't tell me to call your company, I did that and the customer service rep talked over me with the same line about non refundable terms when you sign up. Problem is my daughter didn't sign up so STFU.

I don't stream, I don't use sites to download movies or tv shows or anything like that and to top it off IVE NEVER USED THIS SITE OR EVEN HEARD OF IT!
Yet I check my bank account today to find that for the last five months, small amounts of money has been coming out of my account and charging me a currency transfer fee as I am in Australia. The only contact number provided is one that my service provider claims does not exist and the website name given on my statement ALSO does not exist as it contains TWO E's in the domain name instead of the one E that is displayed on the website.
Very unhappy and have reported them to my financial institution for fraud.

I recently joined the site in order to download movies in a more user friendly environment. I am not a computer or internet whiz, so it seemed appropriate for me to try the FREE NO STRINGS ATTACHED 5-DAY TRIAL.....I guess it was mentioned somewhere that I had to cancel prior to the end of the 5-DAY trial period in order not to be billed US$39.99 per month automatically. First off I cancelled the membership before the end of the trial period, and they have billed me two months in a row now, and not only that, I have written them a few times in order to get an explanation as to why i was not able to download any movies with no answer. So two really wrong things about this site. One the service was not provided as advertised, they bill secretely without any remorse and they offer no explanation. It has now cost me over $80.00 for two months and I have downloaded 0 movies.

Do not tryout this service.

I was forced to enter my Credit Card details for a Free Trial .. but no charge Guaranteed .. for the first 5 days
Totally unhappy with Quality and Choice of movies, so
I Chose to Cancel within 1 hour ..
I had to agree to a Cancellation fee to terminate my free trial
Not Happy at all ..
At least they didn't charge my card in the end

They ask for your billing information and claim: "We GURANTEE that NO CHARGES will be applied for validating your account. No charges will appear on your credit card statement unless you upgrade... or make a purchase." They do not indicate the trial membership must be cancelled to avoid charges. Instead, they claim that IF you don't cancel, you automatically upgraded and the charge stands. Their reps know it is a scam and are trained to refuse the refund three times. The fourth time I insisted, they granted the refund. To top it all off, we tried them to see a particular movie that their front page claimed they had and AFTER we signed up for the trial membership, they claimed it was not in their stock. Nor were TEN other POPULAR movies. These guys are a total and complete scam. Stay Away from Moviease or you'll pay money for nothing and get no flicks for free.
