Would vote 0 if I could. This site was propagated on Instagram so I thought I was legit...ordered the Sword of Thorin. My order got registered but when I wrote them NO ANSWER!So it is two months now and I got nothing

SCAM!!!! This site charged me for shipping for a GOT "promo," but never sent a confirmation email or follow-up of any kind. I get that things are taking longer to ship/arrive, but not even a confirmation email or follow up to my order??

NO ONE has responded to my emails. I haven't heard a word from them since my purchase 3 weeks ago. I ordered an item for my anniversary and it never came nor could I forward an email to my love. Glad I had a plan B. Thanks for nothing dudes.

I wish their was zero stars. This site should be takin down by the authorities.

This cite is a complete scam!!! They took my money and never delivered my orders. I sent several emails and no one responded. I ordered an artifact from the GOT series, but never received it! Seriously criminals!

Complete SCAM site.They are happy to take your money but they don't send you the goods.Dont bother using them

Total scam site. They pay fansites on Instagram to promote their products, but never deliver. Got in touch with the scammer who quickly replied "you think we're a scam site, right?" then stopped replying after I confronted them. Trying to get the Instagram page shut down, more people need to report them. And yes, they changed their website. And if you try to track your package it is a dead link leading nowhere.

After ordering something from their website, it took two months for them to ship it to my house. When it arrived, the package address came from a warehouse in China, even thought the company is based in the US. The product looked nothing like the picture and so I tried to contact them. After leaving a review on their website I tried to contact them through their email, direct message on Instagram, and Instagram comments. What worked was leaving that comment on one of their posts so that they can understand what happened to my product. I wanted a refund but they didn't agree to give me it even though it agreed with their policy. So I made an Instagram account with my proof of bad reviews, and other negative reviews I could find on the website before they deleted them. Some people even volunteered to leave their own reviews! After a coworker talked to me about why I thought the company was negative I explained. He talked to MovieDeck and apparently they finally wrote me an email! Except they wanted me to delete me account. Which goes against Consumer Review Fairness Act. They wrote a notice of a cease and desist, so I was forced to delete the account. Very poor customer support! I searched for their terms of service on their website when I wrote my review, but I couldn't find it until after they filed the cease and desist form. Then they said that they aren't responsible for their accuratnes of their products. The entire time of negotiating with them was slow because they never check their messages, and misspell some words in English. I commented three times on their website just to not be acknowledged and deleted.

Looks like I received the cheap version of this shield. Product shows a shiny shield with leather straps on the back. Mine is a plastic one, a little bigger than a freesbe, with 5 uncolour lights and a speaker that plays awful and not understandable voice. Check the difference on site photo and my photo. Wouldn't buy it if I see it on a store. Material is cheap plastic. I dont know what shield received the people who left good ratings.
This is my second review on their page, the first one was removed, pretty sure this one will be removed too.
After read others reviews here I'm surprised that I received it, but of course not the one offered!

I'm convinced they're a scam. I've tried on two separate occasions to buy something and have never received the promised "shipped" email, responses to my inquiries, or (obviously) the items ordered. Their offers are too good to be true for a reason.

I WISH I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO. Ok anyways I purchased caps shield and Theo’s hammer. Here are the reasons why I think moviedeck.co is a TOTAL SCAM!!
1. They don’t respond to emails
2. Website won’t show your review unless your a member of them
3. Deleted my comments on their Instagram pages about them scamming
4. It’s all perfect reviews but is it really. I’m convinced that they all work for that company
5. Shows only two photos of the products. Shouldn’t there be more photos since this a “free” product
6. The only way to contact them is email but there is no phone call. Which is suspicious at bets because when you need to refund online purchases it would allow you to call them but with this website it doesn’t
7 considering that all their products are cheap, you’ll have to pay big bucks for the shipping
8. When they said that they had 24 hours to give out free products on the day it was said it really isn’t. To this day (6 days later) they still have that sign nothing changed, so to my assumptions their milking off their shipping charges to get money not from the actual “product” ITS BEEN FREE FOR MORE THAN 5 DAYS
9. Why the hell would they give out free products for that long? They’re just scammers don’t you think
