Preordered the Wolverine Hot Toy with a deposit. Contacted when it was due, simple way to pay the balance and delivered on a day of my choice! Great service.

Depends which order it’s relating to. The first order did arrive in good condition, not quite in time for Christmas, but you didn’t promise that so no bother: if it’s for my most recent order there is a Royal Mail tracking number but they haven’t received anything when I punch the number in - so left up in the air with this one. My heart always sinks when any company choose Royal Mail as a courier because they are dreadful

My 2nd review for Movie Figures. Have been purchasing/pre ordering for couple years now. Customer service always top notch. Responsive and accommodating customer service. A big thank you and appreciation for Christine. They literally do all they can to make their customers happy. First rate packaging. So rare these days to have full confidence in a company. My only negative feedback is Klana no longer an option at checkout. A real shame as it offers great flexibility for the high priced items. PayPal is there but it does not accept spread payments for some of the items for some reason. Not for me anyway. Hope they can introduce payment plan options in the future similar sideshow or Jazz Inc.

My order with them was cancelled due to them not getting any more stock and then a few weeks later I got an email from the team telling me they had a surprise shipment and asked if I’d still like the order before it went to general sale. It was then delivered within 2 days. Couldn’t be happier with the service and I’d like to thank Christine again specifically.

The items are always well-packaged and arrive in perfect condition. The main reason for four stars instead of five is that their stock for some in-demand items can be quite limited. Overall, a highly reliable and recommended retailer for high-end collectibles.

First time to use movie figures, although my order was a pre order, the company was quick to respond to all my queries and kept me well informed.

The communication from Movie Figures was brilliant throughout the ordering and waiting process. We bought a preorder collectible plush and had to wait a considerable amount of time for it to be made, which we were aware of before paying. However Movie Figures kept us informed all the way along.

The quality of the collectible is very impressive and the delivery was excellent.

Moviefigures continues to be the place I buy Hot Toys collectibles from in the UK. Very reliable and great service.

I do occasionally use another supplier in Australia and Hong Kong as the prices can sometimes be better, and stock is limited at Moviefigures so that can sometimes also be a driver for making a purchase elsewhere.... but I am never dissapointed when I use them.

Bit of a shame that the payment by installments by Partially has gone over the last couple of years as that was great for spreading payments on pre-orders, but I am sure they had their reasons.

Found a difficult to source statue at a great price. Communication throughout the order was brilliant, Christine let me know when they had stock so I could order and it was shipped out same day. Arrived in mint condition well packaged. Would happily use again.
