They are 100% scammers. They work through partners so you may not know you’re dealing with these scammers. Their claim adjusters are vindictive. We worked With a moving company to buy extra insurance. When we filed the claim they refused to pay the correct amount blaming the moving company - THEIR AGENT - For not informing us of the right way to fill out the original policy.
If I could leave no stars I would. This company is promises insurance and then refuses to compensate you for anything. Literally the worst company ever. They are literally thieves and con artists. Their leadership belongs in jail.
Scam. There are about a million ways this company disqualifies claims. The time to submit a claim is so short that you’re disqualified. It’s 45 days, but they make it sound like 90 days. Very misleading. Also, there’s a $3,000 deductible!!!

Absolute Scam!
I purchased an insurance policy at great expense, to cover my belongings during my cross country move; cost me over $1600!
One of my items was damaged during transit, and to my great misfortune, and even though I thoroughly checked with the movers, I only found out about it a few hours after they had left my property, while cleaning up the item.
I followed all the instructions to the letter, provided proof of damage, everything they needed to compensate me as per the policy.
The outcome? Insurance rejected the claim!
STAY AWAY from this company, they will gladly steal your money and deny you any claim you make.
