Amazing company, excellent service and highly professional

Our move was delayed several times over 9 month period due to a complicated chain

Tony and the team were fully understanding and when we received the green light they were exemplary

We selected their pre packing service, this was a real life saver + their team of experts were like super heroes

We were worrying and stressing about the move the weeks and days leading up. What they mentioned about making this move as stress free as possible was very true

Settled into our new house, after we unboxed all our items emailed the company whom came and collected the boxes and packaging

From the start of our moving journey right until the end, Moving On Removals had great customer service. We had a home visit and quote received in a timely manner. When we were due to move, Moving On Removals were very understanding of our struggles when trying to confirm a moving date and even suggested they would work a bank holiday Monday to make sure we could move. Fortunately for us, we were able to secure a date that Moving On Removals could accomodate. They arrived on time at 9am and did not stop working solidly to get all of our belongings carefully packed away in two vans. This included dismantling a few pieces of furniture that were not able to fit securely. When we received the call to collect the keys, Moving On Removals met us at the location in a timely fashion and proceeded to unload both vans specifically to individual rooms of our choice. They were always happy to help and even put together the pieces of furniture that they dismantled before with no trouble. The whole team were so friendly and approachable. I couldn’t fault the company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends that will be moving in the future. Thank you so much for all of your help Moving On Removals.

John & Paul turned up at 10 o’clock on the dot and were nothing but professional. They handled all furniture with care and packed it into their van well protected. On arrival at the storage facility it was found that we had underestimated the size of unit required. They offered professional advice and patiently waited while we rearranged a larger storage unit. Once sorted they professionally carried out the Chinese Puzzle operation of placing the furniture into the compact space.
I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a professional outfit to move your furniture then look no further than John & Paul.

Friendly and very professional, they took a lot of the stress out of our house move.
We moved the contents of a 3 bedroom house so they had their work cut out!
Their expertise in wrapping and packing our furniture onto their lorries with care was an art form.
Even the mattresses had waterproof zip closed bags.
After hearing some horror stories I feel we hit the jackpot with these guys.

John and Paul from Moving on Removals recently moved me from Plymouth to Torquay, from the initial consultation right through to move completion I was extremely happy with the services they offer.

On moving day they arrived on time and and were very well presented and got on straight away with packing their van. I had some awkward furniture that John and Paul moved with ease, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and this made me feel at ease.
