I used Gareth and his team to move house recently - the communication and organisation beforehand were efficient, helpful and polite and the service on the day was just as good. We moved everything in two loads and were done by 2pm - all items handled respectfully and packed into the van with care, then unloaded and taken to the correct rooms as well. I will never move myself again after the service I received. A well earned 5 stars. Thank you guys.

We used Gareth and his team on a recent house move. In the lead up to the move Gareth was communicative and reassuring on any questions we had. On the day the team were efficient, friendly and respectful with our stuff. Considering we had rather awkward stairs, they cleared our house in a couple of hours with a minimum of fuss.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The most professional removal service I have ever used especially considering social distancing etc at the moment. Very careful with all items, ensuring furniture is taken out and put into the correct rooms and places. Would most definitely recommend Gareth and his team.

We used MovingU2 to get our sofa into our living room through our raised ground floor windows. Gareth was super friendly and helpful on the phone understanding what needed to be done, and the guys made moving the sofa through the window look easy! Best of all, they were able to come and help us the next day! Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a sofa bed through the Natuzzi Tottenham Court Road store and was pleasantly surprised to find that the store offered a site visit using their delivery partner Movingu2 prior to the sofa bed being put into production.

Gareth and Jim from Movingu2 visited my property, took measurements and made notes. They then liaised with the store manager and with me to ensure that all aspects of the delivery would run smoothly.

On delivery day, Gareth kept me informed of delivery timings and then on arrival, he and Ozzie had the sofa bed set up (it came in 4 parts) in no time at all, making the entire experience completely stress free.

I have no hesitation in recommending Gareth and his team to anyone looking to have items delivered or for assistance with moving. They really do care, tackle jobs with positivity and patience while going the extra mile to put themselves into the shoes of the customer to understand personal requirements. If I decide to move in the future, I know who I’ll be calling! Thanks for such great service.
