Ich habe auch am 4.11.25 einen Deep-Cleaner 3-1 bestellt und warte heute noch auf ihn. Denke es ist eine Fake Firma, weil sie geben auf unzählige geschriebene E-Mails keine Antwort. Gott sei Dank über Klarna. Also Finger weg.
Ware ist nicht wie auf dem Bild ersichtlich. Saugroboter in der Größe für Kinder ohne richtige saugfunktion angekommen mit USB Kabel. Bei dem Versuch Kontakt aufzunehmen mit dem Unternehmen kam keine Rückmeldung. Ich habe die Ware wie von Movolekt vorgegeben an die angeschrieben Adresse geschickt, Paket Annahme wurde verweigert. Ich hole mir mein Geld von der Bank direkt zurück da von seitens des Unternehmens keine Antwort oder Rückzahlung anzunehmen ist !!! Nicht bestellen !!!
