The socks have never arrived!!
I have never written a review before, however I am writing it this time to save other people from having the same experience as I did. I have made an international order 4 months ago from Moxy Socks webshop however I still have not received my package... after I first contacted the company, they said that they have sent the package again and gave me a new tracking number. After I clicked on the tracking number, it took me to the old package´s tracking info and said that it has been returned to the sender. Since then, I have been trying to write multiple emails to their customer service but they did not even reply to me. I have also asked them for a refund since I have never received the socks but they just ignored it. Of course, the order has been already paid so now I ended up with neither socks or money.. what a terrible customer service..
