I ordered a large jacket and realized after I tried it on that I need a size larger. I have made every effort to make a return within days of receiving the product. There have been no responses to my emails and there is no phone number for exchanges or returns. I will not do business here again. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge in hopes of some recompense.
Your clothes are absolutely appalling. The material and stile is completely different than the pictures! They re pieces of junk. Stop deceiving people!.
Beautiful clothing but returns are hard. You need to email them with all the info, including order number and also SKU, then wait for a reply, etc. There is no reason for this, it should be one step to return something, as it is for most modern companies. I won't order again because of this.

They must be scammers. The product I received was a junk. I tried contacting them for return and refund but their email address was not existing. No means to reach anyone of this entity. They seem to be thieves fooling customers to get their money.
