I recently attempted to create an account with Moz, a platform I was eager to explore for its renowned SEO services. However, upon clicking the activation link in the email, I was met with an unexpected message indicating that my account was blocked.

In response, I promptly contacted Moz's customer support team. I was pleasantly surprised by their swift response, acknowledging the issue and promising to look into it at their earliest convenience.

While the initial hiccup was frustrating, the proactive and responsive approach from Moz's support team has reassured me that they take customer concerns seriously. I look forward to resolving this matter and hopefully delving into the promising features Moz has to offer.

Absolutely NOT a trusted site.
179 USD was taken off my account after I had canceled the account and I have had absolutely no access to the account. I have also tried to access my profile multiple times but have been unsuccessful as no account was found.

My only issue with the Mozbar is that I have to log in almost every single time that I try to use it, even though I always tick the "remember me" box. It's really annoying. Don't have that issue with the Ahrefs bar.

The company will not notify you when your free premium account trial is ending and will charge you without notice. When I noticed my business account had been charged, I reached out on the day to inform them I did not want the premium account and have yet to hear from customer service to reverse the charge.

They did not refund my money for annual membership which I cancelled within 2 weeks.

A scam company that refuses to respond.

Amazing team and very accommodating with small errors as well as large ones. Recommended for medium to large organizations, the time it takes to get noticed and score can hinder small businesses that a cas strapped and in my case building my SEO and peripherals to is already demanding! It's a scam, they will try to you to to tasks and you will get commission. In some time there will be a negative balance and then you have to compensate it yourself. First time I got it back, but I'm not doing it a second time.

Moz is a good tool for keyword research

The technical SEO certification was very helpful. The videos were informative without being overwhelming.
I had a couple issues: On the quizzes and final exam, I felt there were too many questions about random facts and percentages that weren't actually important to the hands-on understanding of technical SEO. It was also irritating to have to fill out the survey before being granted access to my certificate. It took me 10 minutes to figure out the final step of completing the survey to get to my certification. It was not at all intuitive.

money grabbing scammers. they will trick you into paying them to get your commissions out. stay the hell away from them. also, after every negative, truthful review they post a few fake positive ones that hold no value.... ridiculous. be wise people

I have been working for you guys for a few weeks.
I’ve been doin the tasks of 45 sets per task a day.
I that you’d receive 0,25% for every buy/sale you do by clicking.

It was known that you sometimes get merge data’s for which you get a higher percentage.

Normally you’d get about 1 per task of 45. When this occurs, you get a account saldo in negative.
Now I got like 7… and since you can’t withdrawal your earnings before finishing the 45 tasks it now went up al the way so far that I am now at -37k…

I already spoke to your costumer service manager. And when had the second last merge data at 44/45 I already had -15k.

I didn’t have that much money.. so I had to borrow from family and fellow employees.

Because I was told that being at 44/45, I wouldn’t get another merge.

So I did pay the entire 15k and did the semi last task, believing that it would be finished after that and that I would be able to withdraw after that.

Now I got another merge and now I’m at -37k…
I don’t have that much money to put on my account to equal the negative.

This is unacceptable as I was promised that I wouldn’t get another merge. I have my entire life savings in this and I can’t finish the last set now.

You guys need to help me fix this.
I must have my money back, otherwise a lawsuit might be the only option.

I kindly ask you to review this issue seriously and come forward with a solution.

Again this is unacceptable and this isn’t a way to treat employees.
