Good service and cheap!

I found my Franke sinke for €1300 cheaper than in Belgium. The only tricky thing is that they only ship to Germany. While I was trying to find a solution (making a DHL box for several months), they kept my -already paid- sink aside. When DHL didn't work out and I found a friend of my father to whom they could ship it, they did it THE NEXT DAY. The shipping was included in the price! I was really worried after reading all these comments online, but I am so happy with their service. You can not reach them by phone and they only have a warehouse (no actual shop). But by e-mail they responded quicly to all my mails. Special thanks to Samantha for all her patience. :-)

I wish I read these reviews before…

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing because the exact same is happening to me now.

I bought a cooker and am waiting to get it installed. I would do it myself but I will break my warranty. No response on how I can arrange an installation and I'm surprised that you haven't organised this in the first place.

I have contacted Elica directly but I'm also waiting.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered and I still can't cook.
