A few days ago, I wrote a review about breach of security with mp3million. Since then, several staff members of mp3 contacted me, they convinced me that their security protocols are in order. I believe it's the work of some scam artists!

I signed up with mp3million.com and paid a fee of $15.61, on 4/7, per the below information

On 4/10, I received an email from someone, who listed my email address and the only password I provided mp3million. That someone demanded a payment of $2,000.00 from me and threatened to use my email address and password to access my accounts with my banking/investment institutions!
I am sure your customers' security has been compromised!!! Google, my server, confirmed the breach of security with your company's website and advised me to change my password with you!
I still have more than $10 in my account with mp3million but I cancelled my account this morning.

I recently stated purchasing from Mp3million, and had the same issues like many others here. Though they say they except credit cards, they in fact do not. Mine were always declined.I was also instructed to buy a pin code. I didn't and still don't like having to do that. But having said that, the music quality is excellent! The price is fantastic, at 10 cents per song! And they have a huge selection! MP3 despite the down sides, I'm sticking with you.

Good evening mp3 million i started using in 2014 i wanted to get the music for my dj sets but did not know about dj pools so i ended up here dj pools are the same as this but you pay for the service once a month so that being said get over it this place always comes through

Been a member for years, use a debit card for payments and never had a problem with adding funds. Quality is very good. Vast library of Albums to choose from, and if they don't have what you are looking for, ask them to add it to the library and after a week or so it will appear. Very happy. Dave U.K.

I attempted to use 2 different credit cards to purchase songs from Mp3million. Transaction attempts from both cards were denied.

Like others here, I have used my credit cards to purchase goods from vendors around the globe -without issue.

Mp3Million customer service was utterly useless, and could not provide any insight as to why the cards were declined.

With so many customers experiencing the same issue, one would think Mp3million would be motivated to look thoroughly into the issue, and attempt a fix. Nope, they merely suggested using Bitcoin.

I'll take a pass on Bitcoin..and Mp3million.

I used to use MP3 million for about three years without issue, paying with credit cards no problem and always finding the music I want. However, within the past year, my card has been declined every time I try to use it and every time I contact the billing department they say I have to use bitcoin and such. I complained that I had not had any problems using my credit card why now? The billing department said they are moving to crypto cash transactions. I find it annoying that they want customers to go to a third party company to purchase crypto currency, wait for it to become available and then be able to use it at MP3 Million...and wait for it to go through before you get your purchase. I did try this once and it took over two weeks before I could purchase music. No more. If I choose to purchase crypto currency that is one thing but I don't like the idea, nor will I use a service, that requires this. Sorry MP3, you have lost a customer.

I cannot identify with any of the poor reviews of Mp3milion. I have used them for about 6 years now and the site never lets me down. I've renewed funds many, many times without problem; the quality of the tracks is excellent and I download an album in around 20 seconds using the programme Internet Download Manager.
I'll keep using it until it ceases to exist. Great site.

I have had the same issue as several of the other folks who have commented, e.g. credit cards being declined (payment failed), and getting the run around to use bitcoin or pincodesetter. This is completely unacceptable, especially when I use my cards for ALL other online purchases with no trouble ever. The site seems to be fantastic, but if I can't purchase my selections, what good is it. I intend to report them to the B.B.B. and have informed them of my intention. I also have a suspicion that the 5 star ratings are European or fake. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. If you are one of the people whose card went right through, I would be grateful to know how you did it, because I have had zero success.

If the site corrects its problem with accepting CC payments, I can download my purchases and they are good quality, I will gladly reevaluate this review and give a fair rating.

Signed up no problem, got the bonus amount brilliant, purchased a song great, very impressed until...…….. I tried to add money to my account absolute nightmare my Visa and Mastercard failed several times and these cards I use all the time and have never had a problem online with them elsewhere. Sought help and was told "We advise you to try selecting one of our alternative payment methods like Bitcoins or Pin codes." It is my money and my choice of payment is credit card.

Opened an account and then tried to put money in............ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.....I tried two credit cards from two different companies....both were rejected.....I entered into a protracted 'ether' conversation with 'Ines' and 'Helen', neither of whom could sort the problem. Like so many other frustrated clients, I was continually directed to pay through Pincodesetter....No Way! If I deal via my credit cards I am protected by my Bank so I am certainly not going to wave that to go through a convoluted system to buy from MP3Million. If they want my business then they should make it as simple as possible to buy from them. I WILL NOT BE TRYING AGAIN.
My advice would be STAY WELL CLEAR IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO END UP PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT!!!

Great selection and prices! Have been a customer for years and never had an issue with downloading or payment. Even when I had a question, Support answered it quickly. Highly recommend!

Tried three Master-cards all valid and used many times before and I get 'unable to process payment fail', then customer service suggest it is MY bank at fault - absolute nonsense ! Great looking site, loads of product but if you can't pay then you don't get simples. Why bully consumers to use, Bitcoin and Pincodes, by using Credit cards I am protected by my bank.

So far Iv'e had no issues with my Visa card and mp3million so talked my daughter in law into joining them. Creating her account went smoothly but Adding Money was a nightmare. Her two Visa cards 'failed' about six times and Alex was contacted each time resulting in her being directed to a third party money collection service. My daughter in law was justifiably uncomfortable with this state of affairs and now will have nothing to do with mp3mullion which is another mini loss to that company. Further to this if I should experience future issues with my Visa Card I too shall pull out and throw my money at someone else.

Hey guys I get all my purchased MP3's from this site cause it's virtually the cheapest out there at like $.10 a song! I also figured out a way to save time downloading my playlists with this program: "Automatic MP3 Song Purchaser and Downloader" What you do is copy your playlist into an excel file and load it into the program and the program will read the file and start downloading from MP3Million.com. Hope you enjoy!

Well. I did to the method with the pincode.
I was a little bit sceptic about it ....but, very gladly to let you know, it worked very well!
Highly recommended!

I have been using mp3Million for several years now. They have a wide variety of music with many hard to find albums and songs.If I have a problem of any kind I have left them a message and they have promptly taken care of it. They are not able to process my credit card, but my understanding is that it involves the credit card company and not mp3Million. Therefore I have turned to using their pincode reseller option. I have done this several times with no problem and can even use my credit card at the reseller site (I was a little leery the first time, but no problems). I get the code, enter it at the mp3Million site and immediately get my credit and bonus reward. I recommend this site to everyone I know that is looking for an alternative place to download music.
