Will steal your money

I started playing this game about a year ago. I would win some of the time and I was happy with being able to cash out something. You can only cash out $200 a day, but you can deposit much more than that. They say you can only cash out $200 a day because they want to prevent fraud. If I win it, I should be able to cash out. They know I am not a fraudster. The changes they have made to the bingo game are horrible. It has made it almost impossible to win. Since the changes, I haven't won a game. Also, the players you play against have to be bots. I'm a decent player, but I never win. If you pay attention it's the same bots always winning, especially first place. I get close to blacking out a card, but the game will always end with the number I need. Even then, I am not sure if I will win. MPL is a scam game that use to be decent, but now just steals your money. I haven't played MPL for a few months now.

I was playing cards and the game…

I was playing cards and the game stopped working. I tried to sign back and it said the game was still playing and it wouldn’t let me sign in. It said there was a problem with the game and I could not play right now so I contact a customer support. I have a screen recording. I still do have a screen recording of the entire indent. Add a screenshot of the error message and when the game finally stopped I was I’ve lost $107. Customer service told me that I continue playing the game and I lost all my money and I showed him the report that the game could not be played and they denied that happens. They continue to shut off the customer service to me and then they escalated and then thought it was resolved But there was no resolution. There was no explanation to what happened. It said it’s resolved aI finally talk to someone and they said that the money was refunded to my account immediately which it wasn’t I asked for a screenshot they said it was in the transaction history. It was not in the transaction history this game ripped me off for $107. I have proof.

Idk how they're still in operation and haven't been sued. There is no fairness. It's all rigged. And they don't even try to make it seem fair. It's obvious af that you're being setup to fail so they can take your money.

The next WinZO. Just wait and be patient. The owner of MPL pro will be sitting in prison next to the owner of WinZO very soon for their fraud ways. Using bots and their garbage support people. Third world country stealing from players. Who woulda thunk it lol. Their morals are third world as well. Of course they’re gonna cheat. It’s all they know

Entertainment only, no real chance of winning money here.

A few years ago when they started it seemed about as fair as it could get, win some, lose some. Lose every penny or win a boat load, could have gone either way... now I would say it seems like you can't get ahead of your deposit to even be able to cash out. Don't recommend at all.

All their games are rigged

All their games are rigged. They say it's fair gaming but if you read it real good, you will notice that it only protects mpl from fraud from players. It doesn't protect the players from fraud by mpl. It's based in India of course it's a scam

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a game. They eventually just banned my account for absolutely no reason whatsoever( Besides the fact that they didn't want to pay me). 100% a scam in my opinion.

So many issues with fraud. The game money isn't used during spades. Their customer service used to be maddening but now doesn't even exist. It doesn't keep track of score. Bugs galore. Who do I report my videos to that prove all of this?

Don't waste your time or money, app is trash!!!

This app is an absolute ripoff and scam! I've been playing Gin Rummy for roughly 45 yrs it's one of the first card games I learned as a child and I know I'm good at it yet on this platform I'm lucky if I can win 2 out of 10games! I've NEVER lost that much in my entire life so I know they are scamming and it's not random. They're full of crap just like playing their version of Sorry or chutes and ladders rather, NEVER has anyone seen the other person they are playing against, supposedly as it's most likely a bot, but never has anyone seen them roll exactly the same as you time after time after time so every time you move they come right out and kill you and you lose points while they gain and you lose. This app is absolute trash and I can't wait until there is a class action lawsuit against these crooks because I'll definitely be on it, no good pieces of dog feces whoever runs this wasting people's time and ultimately stealing our money. Karma will see you trust that.

Winning is nearly impossible.

Winning any game is nearly impossible but the bingo game is the worst one. It kicks you out right at the end of a game causing you to miss several numbers. Going to customer service with proof of any issues only leaves you more frustrated as they'll tell you the issue didn't happen and you won't be refunded for the game. I'm also pretty positive that you're not always playing against other people. Losing bingo several times in a row (my longest loser streak was about 20 games) just isn't normal. It's not a skill game when your numbers aren't called. I've gone over a minute with no numbers being called, it's only a 90 second game. It used to be fun and you could make a few extra dollars, not anymore. I usually average about 2000 to 4200 scores, I'd like to know how there are so many people winning with scores over 14,000.

They used there software to steal your winnings from hands you win in 3 card poker. When you go to customer service with screenshots for evidence they give you the run around and a lie. They then delete the hand history for the hand you complain about and refuse to give you the hand history for that hand. They stole about $23 dollars from me ,that's plenty enough. Worst people ever behind this app.

This gaming app is a true scam

This gaming app is a true scam. The loss rate is very high, regardless of your individual skills. The referral bonus is NEVER given, and customer service is very poor at best. I want to be included in the class action lawsuit, when it happens.

They manipulated outcomes in a game of chance!

They manipulated outcomes in a game of chance which constitutes Rigging of games which stole the item away from me. They stole my balance in an unfair manner and didn’t let me even play the game using a random number generated algorithm. It was manual agent Automated Intelligence assisted maximum capped profit mega rigging as well as Manual agent Automated Intelligence assisted compounding profits mega rigging! The service was rigged and not as described to be what was promised. Which should have been a random number generated algorithmic result of games of chance. Instead it was manual agent automated intelligence assisted compounding profit and maximum capped profit mega-rigging. The item was combined with mega-Rigging which invalidated the purchase. I contacted the companies managerial agent representative and they told me they wouldn’t give me a refund for any reason and that their mega-rigging would stand as valid and that they would not refund anything to me. Zero Star Review!!!
