I have been delighted with the quality of training materials and support provided by MPlaza when I took my Prince2 foundation and practitioner recently. Specific shout or to the exam simulator that gave me huge confidence heading into the exams.

I had no clue what Prince2 is prior to buying the exam voucher together with the premium exam test and wasn't sure if I would need a course. However, I did the exam prep (premium) like ~40 times and just passed my exam a few minutes ago with 77% (and some courses I found from Frank on YouTube helped to get a better understanding of the framework and methodology).

The question bank is extensive and great prep for the PRINCE2 certifications. Their free wiki page contains very useful information.

However, I am not a fan of ‘Frank’ specifically. I find his emails rather arrogant and not personable. I would buy questions again but the coaching support is not appreciated.

It felt like I was talking to technical support and the issue was obvious to them but not Me….

Excellent resources and very easy to use. The splitting into small parts is very handy when work is very busy as I do not have to take large chunks out of my day to work on it. The exam simulator is perfect for practicing the exam and really helped with my confidence.

Just perfect. The best course I have ever done, excellent explanations and good focus on the most relevant points. I got 88% on my first try. The exam simulator is great, but you need to study the concepts from the videos. Thanks!

Excellent service 👏 I would say. Few things to be noted here. 1. The exam simulators are only to boost your confidence level and prepare you for the real test. No doubt some questions e.g., 8 to 10 questions will be exactly the same. However, you will still need to read and understand the terminologies. If you have limited budget like me then atleast purchase the exam simulator and look for youtube videos on your relevant exam. Again, purchasing lessions is not compulsory. I passed my PRINCE2 Foundation today and got 70%.

I was looking for help to train for the PSM I and PSPO I exam as scrum.org does not provide so much information (especially what exactly to learn) for the exam. The trainings helped me a lot to repeat the Scrum topics and to get a clear picture of what is really important. The exam simulators are perfect to test the knowledge and to pepare for the real exams.

I passed the two exams with 96,3% right answers :) And a big thank you goes to MPlaza for the perfect trainings!

I purchased the Prince2 foundation course on November 22nd 2021, I studied up until the Christmas break. When I tried to access my account in the New Year 12th of January, I did not receive a log in code. I contacted my Mplaza main contact Isaira, to which I have still not had a response, I have contacted live support which have given me 1 time access which is not convenient for my self study. I have then received an email from Saniya, which suggested fixes in my end as there are no problems Mplaza side, I did those fixes and responded via email, no response again. Likewise, I have contacted "live" support, which is unavailable after 6pm in my experience. Unfortunately, I am getting no response from anybody at Mplaza and this seems to be the only way to affect a response which will hopefully resolve the issue. I have asked for a refund, which has again returned zero response. The material was good, but the customer service is abysmal.

The e-learning materials as well as the exam simulators are superb. They are very informative and make learning PM easy to understand. Thumbs up! Recommended course, trainer, and supportive staff even after sales :)

I done a four-day course for my Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification. I cannot fault the trainer as they covered a significant amount of information within the four days. However, I discovered that this is not a sufficient way of learning for me personally. After a month of completing the course, I took the Foundation exam and passed. I then done another 1-2 months revision for the Practitioner exam, however I still felt quite lost and frustrated as there was so much content to cover. I joined a Facebook group and people within the group kept mentioning Mplaza Simulator (Premium), as a result I contacted Mplaza and purchased the Practitioner Exam Simulator. I can honestly say I don’t think I would have passed the exam without it, it was fantastic! There was an explanation to why your answer was correct, incorrect and where you find the information in the manual. In addition, there was an online chat if you had any questions. I will definitely be using Mplaza in the future.

Once again I passed my exam with ease, this time Prince2 Practitioner. The premium simulator is a jewel and I am happy I chose MPlaza because I was able to use my time efficiently, as opposed to my previous experience with other providers in this field.

This is ALL you need if you're intended to gain the Prince2 certificates in a set amount of time. The trainer- Frank Turley has enormous knowledge and he explains the project management concepts in very practical and sophisticated ways with work situations that may come up to everyone’s day and so he made the concepts easy to comprehend. MPlaza will ensure you will pass the Prince2 exams with ease and also making sure you also ENJOY the courses to the full extend. The exam stimulators are essential if you determine to pass the exam with ease. My experience with the other trainers (other than MPlaza) was just about right as they meet my needs but with MPlaza, I do enjoy the course so much and I can’t thank Frank enough for his helps. MPlaza admins are also very helpful and enthusiastic to provide helps and they also ensure you can pass the exams.

I recently passed my Prince2 Foundation exam. I have enjoyed the road towards that achievement and I am able to apply what I have learnt. I enjoy my work as a Project Manager because I know what I have to do in every situation.

Let me give you some more data on the level of service, the materials, the way of transmitting the course, the care all along the way and the people at Management Plaza.
The materials of Management Plaza are laid out on a gradient so you can grasp the full subject step by step. At first you get an overview and as you go along you dig deeper into the matter, providing you more and more detail until you grasp the full subject. I especially liked the videos of Frank in combination with the training manual.
The service is excellent. In fact the word "excellent" is a huge underestimation. The service is far above that !!!
Whilst I was going through the course and whenever I was having a question I just needed to contact you and you were there within minutes and with abundant extra information. You also made sure I fully duplicated the matter. Thanks for your genuine help!
The preparation for the exam was fun and easy. After every chapter there were the flashcards and at the end of the course I did the trial exams. In total I did 5 trial exams. After the first one I had 76% so I restudied the bits I had missed and did another trial exam. As my score grew I became more and more confident that I was able to pass the exam. And I passed my Foundation exam with 80%.
The people at Management Plaza are genuine, caring and very helpful! It was a pleasure to work with all of you!!!

I managed to pass my PSM I thanks to Mplaza mock exams and the training. Please note that I attended very expensive instructor led training, bought mock exams and a training on Udemy but I am pretty sure I would not have managed without Mplaza. The training is the best. The trainer is amazing (cannot stress that enough). I was completely new to the topic and he managed to explain it crystal clear. Honestly I think this is the best training I have aver atteneded. Also the training is very much geared towards the PSM exam. That is extremely important since to pass the PSM I exam you do not need an overview, you do not need a generic training, you need to prep for the exam. The training is up to date with the last changes made by scrum.org so are the mock tests. the tests are the best (and yes I bought tests from other trainers, wish I hadn't). the questions will get you in the mindset of a Scrum master/ PO/dev so that you are able to address the questions on the real exam (and do not fool yourself to pass the exam you really need the details). You can ask questions on the mock questions which I did a lot and always got fast and through answers. Customer service is great. No issues with the website, no glitches. My prep for PSM I became actually enjoyable after i came across Mplaza. Now I consider doing PSPO, not the plan originally but I have faith that i will be able to do that with their training and mock tests. I cannot recommend them enough
