I am writing to file a complaint…
I am writing to file a complaint regarding the service I received on April 3, 2025.
I visited your store today to purchase a boiler, having already called ahead to confirm its availability. Initially, I was served by an individual who displayed a lack of professionalism, offering no greeting and showing a clear reluctance to assist. His body language and poor communication were immediately apparent.
As he retrieved the boiler for me, I happened to be walking around the store and witnessed him dragging and throwing the boiler down the stairs. The noise was so intense that it frightened both myself and other customers, as we feared the boiler might explode due to the rough handling.
I am extremely disappointed by this experience, especially given the nature of the product, which is both valuable and delicate. I had initially hesitated to make the purchase after witnessing such carelessness. While I would have preferred to buy from a local merchant, they did not have the boiler in stock. Despite my reservations, I felt compelled to proceed with the purchase to ensure vulnerable people wouldn't be left without heating.
Regrettably, after this experience, I will no longer be shopping at any of your branches, and I will be advising fellow tradespeople to do the same.
I trust you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. They had the tanking slurry I was after, and so I placed a click and collect order. The whole process online was seamless. Fast loading website with good navigation, making it easy to find what I was after. Once in store, the staff were efficient and quickly located my order. I would highly recommend MP Moran to all.

Very bad delivery service
