I recently had the privilege of a one to one discussion with Vera who creates the supplements at Liminal. I have a number of health concerns & found Vera to be very knowledgeable and reassuring. We talked about possible diet and supplements and in depth about the Liminal products. I am very impressed with Vera's expertise & look forward to the benefits of trying the Liminal range.

No notice of money was to be taken. They took £180 out of my account and I asked them to not dispatch and refund immediately. They didn't acknowledge the 3 messages I sent and still sent the products days later. I was away and haven't had a delivery. According to DPD tracking was returned to the sender on 22nd of November. A week and a half later they are telling me I need to get proof of this, despite the fact DPD tracking clearly shows the parcel was not able to be picked up after 25th November. I think the service received is appalling, I won't use this product again as a result of the horrible service when things don't go to plan. I am conveniently told I am not getting their emails to my main email account, but seems to get them fine when I send from another. Just complicated and hard work for customers. Please return my money Liminal.

Very interesting and helpful consulation with Dr Vera Martins. I have been struggling with menopause symptoms and was recommended to talk to Dr Vera at Liminal. I’m glad I did. She listened and understood my symptoms and gave me great advice and recommendations on supplements, diet and symptoms

My partner and I are both taking liminal and have been for a while now, as we are of that age 🙂 I have noticed a definite improvement in my sleeping patterns, general mood and energy levels since taking it. And it’s a huge improvement vs vitamins I was taking. I would definately recommend it for a anyone who maybe experiencing any of these challenges once they hit middle age.
