Absolutely brilliant guy, so kind, very informative, no hidden cost, very careful in my house wearing shoe protectors, came the same day I enquired, turned up bang on time, work was completed quickly and efficiently. Mark was able to visit the day after I called, and replace both he mechanism and handles on our patio doors, which had jammed.
Reassuring and explained all the options from a 'leave it relatively secure and working' to the proper fix we opted for, which was installed and cleaned up in a little over an hour - and it looks brilliant and works flawlessly.
Mark was at pains to keep me informed of the cost upfront before making any decisions and put no pressure on at all, the final price for the work was exceptionally good value. More than anything, it was a delight to spend some time with him - really lovely fella. Highly recommended.
