Complete scam. The product never arrived and emailing them got no answer. Now I have to start a "dispute" process with my credit card company.

Scam!!!! Paid and have not received item as advertised on Facebook. Will notify my credit card for refund. Very embarrassed to fall for this and angry at Facebook for carrying it!!!

Total Scammers - grrrrr. I wish I had found the reviews from others (all the same) before I pushed go. Lessons learned!

Total scammers...no links to anything working and the email isn't working either. Contacted my bank and I have to wait 30days to open a dispute which I will be doing!!!

scam, sent payment, got a shipping notice, says it is coming from China. Never have seen the product.

Unfortunately I didn't read the comments here first. Paid out on the 5th March and received nothing. No response to emails either. Beware.

I wish to god I’d checked on here a big scam and fraud - yet again the Chinese screw you over now going through the long process of getting my money back !!

My order never arrived and my emails were never responded to, although they were deleted at the receivers end. Also my "account" with them was made Inactive! I wish I had read the reviews first then I would not have placed an order.

A few days after I placed an order my credit card showed a fraudulent charge. 3 small fraudulent charges in total. Because I subscribe to alerts, my card was quickly cancelled. My bank is looking into retracting the charge I placed for the ordered item that I will never receive. The confirmation email came with blank shipping information and I had to email them twice to get any shipping info and they were quite abupt.
All I got was an email with phoney tracking information. Normally I would research the website before ordering...this time I did not. That will never happen again!

It's a scam. Payment made. They send you a shipping notification then-nothing. Take no notice of the positive feedback from scam Facebook accounts. Shame you can't award no stars on here.

Spent £67 given tracking looked legitimate.

Defently a scam.

SCAM! I ordered the cat littler tray. Tracking showed it was coming from China to the UK. Then said it was delivered by Royal Mail to a neighbour. I was home at the time and no one came. No card was left or does any neighbour have it. Sent 3 emails and no reply. Will be reporting to my credit card company and to the police .

Ordered never arrived. No response to emails. Don't waste your time or money!

Ordered Cat litter tray a month ago - nothing arrived. Chased and just got stupid emails back. AVOID

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mum has ordered a cat litter tray for £39.89 on the 13th march and have not received anything. We have continuously chased and nothing - no replies to any emails. Must be a scam company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered £51 of goods on 07/03/222 and yet I have had nothing. Delivery promised between 6-11th March. Money taken, 2 emails sent nada. Don’t even have the decency to reply. Avoid this company if possible bloody joke.
