really bad experience
Ordered online, the delivery company who was supposed to deliver my order never came and got a text that it was delivered, when called they were not helpful at all, said that I have to deal with Trunkrs prime example of how not to choose your business partners, guess its all part of the service... you may have good products but if your business partners are not on par (they are awful) then you get to ride the rollercoaster with them. Not recommended

Totally unprofessional experience! after being a loyal costumer for almost a year, I have been waiting the whole evening today for my delivery only to get an email at 22.54 now from the delivery company that my parcell will be delivered the next working day- which makes it on Monday.
This is outrageous! If you cannot commit to your delivery times, then mention it when we place our orders. Also, this is an issue of public health- where will the chicken I ordered by stored until it is delivered to me? I have totally lost my trust in this company.

When something goes wrong with our carrier, we always try to resolve this with our customers. We have therefore refunded your money and given you a discount code as compensation.
