We can see that the order was collected on Friday, and with temperatures reaching close to 30°C that weekend, ice will naturally melt more over time – especially if it wasn’t used until the following day. That’s why we always recommend collecting the ice as close to the event as possible to ensure the best quality and experience.
At the same time, we’re sorry that we didn’t hear from you during the weekend, as we would have loved the opportunity to help. If you had contacted us, we would have done our best to find a solution – for example, delivering a fresh replacement. Our goal is always to make sure every customer has a great experience with us.
