If I could give this zero stars I would.
They accepted my order of over £100 and delivery to Guernsey UK. After a week I queried when my order would be despatched. Recieved "I'll check for you". A week later the same thing. And again. At the four week mark I demanded a refund, was told they would look into it. A week after, still nothing. They stopped responding to emails and the phone number rang out. Ended up reporting it as a fraudulent company on my card to attempt to retrieve the money. Awful, awful company. Avoid.

The website claims 2-day delivery to France, but it's now the 6th day, and my order still hasn't arrived. They don’t respond to emails, making customer service nonexistent. Avoid this website at all costs.

Order took a bit longer to ship but arrived quickly once the shipping started updating. Better prices than in Ireland and very good product.

I plan on ordering again.

Don't buy to them .if the cigarettes are broken they don't refund

I ordered 3 times about 40€ and get my delivery but the last time i ordered about 70-80€ at the Begin of october and now after 4 Weeks still waiting.

I placed one order at the beginning of September and another order on 22.9. None of the package has arrived. I contacted their customer service, they only replied that they will check, and until now still no updates……What a disappointing experience.

Scam! Don't order.

So, I used the online service since 2018.
The previous 3 times I’ve had problems of non delivery.
This time, I ordered September 1st and to date my nearly €70 order has still not arrived after almost a month.
They barely answer my emails and they are supposedly awaiting a response from the delivery company ( for two weeks now).
They refuse to replace or refund so now I will have to contact my bank to get my money back.
No apology, no help, no care whatsoever.
Please be warned and be careful as there is NO Joy, just stress, extreme lack of customer care and the feeling of being scammed.
Serious RED FLAG.
Will be contacting trading standards about this company.

Fast shipping and great customer service.

Bought 4 products in store, when I arrived home, 2of them was already open. I sent an email to which I never got the problem solved. They do not give a damn and I am taking this further...I should have listened to the reviews I read!

No delivery at all. Advertising 1-3 days delivery it's been over 25 days and my delivery hasn't come yet and they didn't evgen care to respond to my email. THA'S A SCAM WEBSITE. RIDICOULOUS!

They pretended to send my items, everything looked good, but the package never has arrived.
Tried to contact the delivery company, they never answered.
Also the Mr. Joy company only answered my emails until I realized i was scammed and tried to ask for the refund. Since this time no answer.

This website/shop is a SCAM. They lie about delivery times to pull you in. Your package will not show up for days/weeks if it even shows up. AVOID

I made made an order that said it would be delivered in around 2 working days. 3 days later this hasnt even been dispatched. The company isnt responding to any emails for days. You cannot contact them by phone. Iv ordeted a few times with no problems but this time it is like a ghoast firm!

Placed an order quite late in the day. Was sent out next day 24 hr tracked and received with no problems at all.
Haven’t used this company before and I was worried after reading reviews whether I should have placed an order.
Can only report my own experience and that’s been 5*.

I bought a Vaperosse Mini Xros from Mr-joy and it was delivered the next day . There was a leakage problem with the pod and I sent an email to them with my order number. They responded back to me so quickly and offered to send another pod. They sent me 4 extra pods the next day. They accept debit or credit cards and offer free delivery for over £20. In conclusion, I like their services. However, I think they need to improve the e-liquid options.
