Mr.BET confiscated 2,808.77 RON from my account after I had already completed the wagering requirement. I requested a withdrawal, and it remained pending for several days. During withdrawal, the system only warned me that I would lose the remaining bonus (around 74 RON) if I continued. It never warned me that my winnings would later be confiscated.
After completing the wagering, my balance reached around 5,000 RON. Days later, they removed 2,808.77 RON as an “Internal Payment” and claimed it was because of the bonus withdrawal limit. If that limit existed, why didn’t they apply it immediately after the wagering was completed or when I requested the withdrawal?
I believe this is unfair and misleading. I have screenshots and I have already requested a full explanation and the complete bonus history. I do not recommend this casino

Probably all from here, except those wo give 1 star are bots. I sent more than 9 KYC verification. I have a pending withdraw of 800€ from 3 weeks. I sent very clear photos and some official documents for address. Everytime, they reject the documents. Now, in the last KYC they tell me that they need photo with the card. IT's okay, of course, but they reject again😂. I took the photos in 4K with an iPhone 17 PRO Max and they told me that the photos are unclear. I respect al that they say in t&c. I am filing a complaint against Mr. Bet Casino regarding a confiscation of €355 from my balance. I deposited €15 with a 100% bonus. I successfully completed the 40x wagering requirement as requested. After completion, the system automatically transferred my funds to my 'Real Money' balance.
I continued to play with this 'Real Money' for several hours, reaching a balance of over €500 before deciding to withdraw €400. To my surprise, two days later, the casino deducted €355, leaving me with only €45.
My arguments for a full refund are:
Lack of Transparency: At the moment of activation (as seen in my attached screenshots), the casino displayed a pop-up with specific conditions: minimum deposit, bonus percentage, and wagering. However, it completely omitted any mention of a 200% maximum withdrawal limit .
Misleading Interface: By moving the funds to the 'Real Money' column after the wager was met, the casino led me to believe the money was fully mine. I was allowed to keep playing and risking those funds, even though the casino had already 'capped' my winnings internally without notice.[1, 2]
Unfair Terms (Fair Play Code): According to the Casino Guru Fair Play Code, terms that significantly limit a player's winnings should be displayed prominently, not hidden in general terms .

Such a scam website. When you deposit for the first time and get a bonus for the first time depo, you get two balances, a cash balance for the original depo amount and a bonus balance for the bonus. I played blackjack with the cash balance first, but your winnings go to your bonus balance, so essentially, you have to wager 40x the original amount you deposited, which isn't stated anywhere. So if, for example, you deposited $100, you have to wager $4000 in order to finally withdraw. AND they put a max bet $24 for live games. Avoid this website at all costs.
