I have 8 single units (MBN342) and 4 double lights.
One of the 8 is operative the others are not. Despite replacing the batteries with new alkaline ones, the do not operate. There is no corrosion so I’m mystified and extremely dissatisfied with this product.
Two of the double lights still operate.
Custom service is non existent.
Very very disappointing!
I bought two Mr Beams high performance MB 3000 spots to synchronise across the garden in 2020. They have worked perfectly over the past four years, remaining water tight and in great working order. They’re well designed and look as good as new. So this company owns its five stars.
This is very good product, it works well for our use. We use it to light the bathroom at night, but there could be an improvement in the photocell sensitivity in the photocell sensitivity because it comes on during the day even though there is some light coming in. If there was an adjustment on the photocell so that the light would stay off during the day this would give it 5 stars. We have been using this got about 3 months and the batteries are still working great.
