Possibly the WORST suit ive ever bought!! Cuts were not straight! Sizes all off. Fabric quality was appalling & the suit & shirt were damaged!. Im glad I paid extra for a secure sale & returns process. It will be returned!. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!.
I paid for a hassle free refund or return costing extra!.
After requesting a refund they only gave me less than a third of the original sales price! This company is disgusting & I STRONGLY advise people do NOT use them!.
They basically STOLE over £150.00 off me. They also get others to write good reviews after a bad one has been posted to bump it down the list of negative reviews. Its plain to see what they're up too. Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You can but 100% better quality products cheaper in your local shops. They should be ashamed of their VERY POOR business practices!.
Have a look at all the negative reviews on Trustpilot & you'll see there are three or four FAKE good reviews after each bad one!. Bunch of A**holes. Thieves!. EDIT!! After contesting the disgusting low refund offer I received another email stating they have refused the refund although previously awarding it.... more proof the public are dealing with a scummy low life scam company! I requested cancellation of my order (€503) within 8 hours — well inside the 24-hour window their own policy guarantees for a full refund. Result: vague responses, a false claim that the order was "already in preparation" (disproved via the carrier's tracking), and still no refund days after my formal notice.

Absolutely do not buy anything from this business. The sizing chart is incorrect, the jacket I received looks nothing like the design on the website. I have attempted discussions with their customer “service” and the best they would offer is a 30% refund. I obviously wasn’t expecting bespoke quality but was at least hoping the delivered product matched the website and came in the correct size.
Do not waste your time or money on the business.
