Seems like a scam ordered €80 of…

Seems like a scam ordered €80 of mystery boxes for my 4 sons for xmas no contact no emails same standard response on this platform impossible to contact so put my phone number on a private message and started receiving prank calls so unless I get my boxes in next day or two or my refund I will be taking legal action through my firm as a point of principal

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. After finally getting a response from them, they told me I would have my delivery that I need for Christmas presents today December 20th at the latest. No delivery today, surprise surprise. Have sent several emails, social media messages and not being responded to. Avoid this place at all costs.

Edited to update, order received today 21st December. Product is good but wouldn't order from here again due to the delay receiving orders.

Placed order on the 5th of Dec and…

Well placed an order the 5th of Dec and now the 20th and no order no reply to my emails to tell me where my order is paid for 2 to 5 day delivery and it's well past due , I wouldn't advise anyone to use the delivery service or purchase anything from them as the distain shown by not replying to an email I would say do not trust them to do anything other than take your money, to up date it's one month later no packet, where do i go from here🚧 , its frustrating as the company wont respond to messages can all who have not received their order bombard them with emails etc Facebook etc

Mr. Candy does NOT deliver!

OMG, I am having the same problem with Mr. Candy company. I ordered on 7th December, part of my daughters Christmas list also. I have sent 2 emails and one Instagram messages and no reply. Pity these people don't care about the effect it has on the children when they can't fulfil the orders they are taking in. Quick enough to take the money out of account though.
"ZERO STARS from me, I will never use this service again"!!!

***Update, I have still not received my daughters mystery box and yesterday was the last fast way delivery and today was the last day of an post.

I have put in a charge back with my bank and went to candyland in Galway where I purchased more American candy so my daughter is not disappointed Christmas morning.

For the reviews that have been posted over the last few days giving 5 stars for prompt delivery and great product, I'm delighted for you and your children who will receive what they asked for on Christmas morning, but forgive me for being a bit sceptical considering that there are so many of us who have ordered almost a month ago who have not received and been point blank ignored when we tried to make contact many ways, through many different messaging mediums. Mr. Candy has let me down and has let my daughter down, that's not something I will ever risk again!!

Update, I put in a charge back with my bank at the beginning of January. I received it on 4th Feb.
Mr. Candy can no longer deliver. I suggest to everyone that has ordered items put in a charge back with their banks. Do not leave this company your hard earned money.

I ordered 2 x mystery boxes on 29th…

I ordered 2 x mystery boxes on 29th November. They have just been delivered. They are packaged well and have a variety of candy.

I had made contact with them regarding the delay, and they explained they were delayed due to the high volume of orders.

This is an Irish small business, so I would like to continue to support it.

@Mr Candy, you need to work on the operational part or increase your delivery timelines to further out than 5-8 days and give people a realistic timeline.

Thank you for responding to my email and having the boxes delivered in time.

I've ordered my package on the 6th of December for a present and still no reply back. They atleast should have the decency to reply back. I spent my well earned money to get this. I want a refund if my package doesn't arrive

If I could give this zero stars I would !
I ordered on Dec 1st . My son asked Santa for a Xmas mystery box and nothing has arrived . I've emailed so many times ,no response 😞 I also contacted them on insta and tik tok ( no response also) I'm absolutely gutted for my son . What do I tell him . Shame on you Larry and Mr candy . Robbers !!! I'm a single mother and I'm so upset I couldn't get my son what he wanted 😭 I'll be taking legal action immediately. For anyone who needs it Larry's business aka Mr candy is located in Carlow . Address on website.

I ordered on 9th Dec

I ordered on 9th Dec, I still haven't received my order. I have sent 2 emails and a message through Instagram and have not got a reply from either. I need these packages for Christmas . Please reply to my email and advise if I'm going to receive these on time for Christmas.

No delivery and no response from my emails

I placed an order on December 4th for a Christmas mystery box and I've heard nothing back at all, I've sent four messages and no response at all... I'm so disappointed as it was meant to be a Christmas present and I paid €30 for this ..... If I don't hear anything soon I'll have to seek a refund from my credit card provider.

No delivery and zero customer service

I have ordered a mystery box a number of weeks ago and still have not received the order. I have tried making contact with them through their website, only an email address is available, and have recevied no response. I have tried also messages on instagram and tik-tok and have not received a reply. I wasnt provided any email confirmation of my order or an order number. Very disappointing when i was trying to shop local for Christmas. I now have to try to get a refund through my bank as I cannot get in contact with anyone. My opinion is to avoid at all costs.

I've been saving this since last…

I've been saving this since last January. I got a gift voucher from my friend. I ordered goods to the value of €45 used the remainder of voucher for shipping. Got goods to the value of I'd say €10 - €15. They never even mentioned in the package that 70% of my order was missing and what they sent wasn't ordered until messaged them. They refunded €15 and gave me a load of cheek back which meant I'd have to pay shipping again. They don't deserve the star or customers as they rip people off and know most people won't bother about it cos it's low value. I'm glad to see all the bad reviews because it proves I was right. Steer clear lads.

No delivery or response

Have ordered from them before with no issues but placed an order for 2 christmas boxes and it hasn't been delivered or even dispatched yet. No answer to my email requesting an update so that I know whether to organise alternative gifts. Judging by the reviews on here it looks like I'll be requesting a visa chargeback to get my money back.
Edited to add: within an hour or so of my review going up Mr Candy contacted trustpilot to request my order no to see if I was a genuine customer. Sent them 2 more emails with no reply - if only they were as quick to answer customers than spending time on here challenging reviews.....

Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering :( ordered a Christmas gift for my nephew in Ireland on 8 December and it hasn’t even been dispatched. Now I’m out of pocket and it’s too late to order another gift to my nephew for Christmas Day.

DO NOT ORDER!

The. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER! I never had any issues with this company up until recently. I placed an order at the start of the month and it still hasn’t arrived. First time I have emailed them last week and they told me that my order will be sent out that week. The week has gone by and I didn’t receive any updates nor my parcel been sent out. I have now sent numerous emails BEGGING for an update and there’s been no response at all! This is becoming a total joke and I actually feel ridiculed, thieves stealing money from people especially during Christmas season! It’s ridiculous, I received a parcel from America quicker than a parcel from the country I live in. Legal action will be taken without a doubt. A word of advice - STAY AWAY from this company.

UPDATE
after sending 20 emails, contacting them through their other socials (Facebook and Instagram) I have finally received my order. The order came in less than 24 hours. As I have mentioned earlier, the customer service is shocking - you will be left without an explanation waiting on your order for weeks. They really need to work on their customer service. Aside from that, I’m still giving them one star because of how the situation went. Overall it’s an alright box with a decent variety of sweets.

Have not received my order

I ordered on 24th Nov. Have not received my order. Have emailed them on numerous occasions; firstly to get any update and then to ask for a refund. No response on any occasion. Order was Christmas presents. I am now left out of pocket and having to buy alternative presents.

Ordered in March and never received my…

Ordered in March and never received my item. Contacted multiple times and still got nothing so did a Charge back as I felt it was the only way to get my money. They then contacted me to cancel the charge back which i did so I could be given a refund or replacement item and still got absolutely nothing. Shocking business. Terrible customer service.
