like everyone else i paid my money and got nothing . please report this to your local trading standards as if they see this company is taking money and not sending the goods and scamming people they can take action against them and maybe put them out of business . sadly most reading these have already been scammed so the only way to stop them is to use someone like trading standard to stop them

More 1 months waiting my parcel that supposedly they send in 3 working days, and still waiting the carbon brushes.

I think I fall in one scam :( I feel upset because I can’t do nothing.
I hope someone knows how report this scam by the law, I am Spanish and I feel useless powerless.

I can only assume this is a scam website. Ordered 3 weeks ago and heard nothing since. I’ve tried contacting multiple times with no response.

I placed a order with this company, he took my money for two sets of carbon brushes and 1st class postage , he did not send parts , managed to contact him on his phone, he said he would sort it out , still did not send , and blocked my phone ,if I could give him a zero I would, under no circumstances order anything with him he is a corn artist

A scam. The company was DISSOLVED by compulsory strike off 15/12/2015 I will be writing to Glasgow Trading Standards to investigate the company and its FAKE website

brushes have now arrived and been fitted to the saw its all good now.
The time from ordering and payment seems too long considering the internet is a fast pace shopping facility.
perhaps carbon brushes could look into their supply line and make it more efficient.

Item never arrived, they didn’t reply to email or contact form on web page. It wasn’t a lot of money but that’s not the point. Luckily I got refunded through PayPal

After 2 positive reviews on Trustpilot in August, I risked ordering replacement brushes for an older Dyson vacuum cleaner. After initial emails confirming the order and then saying the items had been dispatched, after approx 10 days I sent emails asking for confirmation of dispatch but no replies whatsoever. Sorry folks, looks like it's a scam. Now off to organise a reclaim with the bank... Total order was only £11.84 but on principal I won't let them keep it. Avoid.

The communication wasn't great, and neither was the timing, but I can confirm that the company is UK-based and not a scam. They did eventually send me carbon brush replacements for the Hoover Aquamaster. The brushes were slightly too big but they were easy to sand down and use.

Ordered a set of brushes for a somewhat old B&Q angle grinder. They listed the model which was something in itself and promptly send two sets of brushes for the price quoted for one pair to cover the possibility of two different models.
Sorry to see the previous negative reviews, reflection on previous management? I would use them again

I ordered a pair of brash but I received a wrong one that unable to fit into my Triton circular saw. I sent two emails and use the online Chat to message my request for a replacement. But no reply and response at all. Very disappointed!!!

I put an order in december and despite numerous emails have not received the goods. Quite right, if there was a minus star he would get -5! I'm £20 down and very angry!

I had to put one star as it doesn't let you put none! I realize that I am in a long line of people who have ordered and received nothing! Note to self - read the reviews before ordering online next time......

Ridiculous how come they still let this company trading….
I am on the same boat ,paid for brushes for my drill which never arrived. No one is replied my emails.

Company has clearly ceased trading - Damn shame I didn't check them out on here before ordering - annoyed with myself but they shouldn't be able to take paypal payments any more - waiting on paypal to resolve hopefully.

Wish I had looked at these reviews before buying again from this company. I used them a few years ago and the brushes were fine. Now need another set for my benchsaw so didn't think it necessary to check the company out again. After two months and two emails, I still haven't received any goods. Will have go to PayPal for a refund. Only £11 I know but still very annoying that they can continue taking money.

Terrible Carbon Brushes did not come contacted them by email to their website but no response, then contacted them twice through PayPal still no response raised it to a dispute with PayPal and they reimbursed me. Do not use Mr Carbon Brush goods do not turn up.
