Be aware at all cost scammers after I paid the amount they asked for placed an order next day they asked for 28.99 extra and when I asked them to refund my money, they said they have 30 days policy

Sent wrong colour mats which was corrected. Problem arose as their 'grey' is so dark they had problems identifying their own product from photos.

One star is too high an accolade. This is a useless firm

I ordered mats for my Audi and whilst they arrived quickly they didn’t fit the car; they were nothing like the shape of the manufacturers mats.

A second set was supplied which were an even worse fit; the passenger mat had been made upside down!

After refusing to accept a third set the company agreed to refund my money but they couldn’t refund my card it had to be via PayPal. I won’t use PayPal so they eventually agreed to refund me by bank transfer. I am still waiting for that refund

This has been nothing but trouble. Just steer clear and buy from somebody else

9th January 2024 reply to latest communication. You cannot resolve this problem because it has already been dealt with by a credit card reclaim and chargeback after you failed to process the promised refund in the proper manner. You did everything that you could to delay the refund for the defective goods that you supplied and you cannot change my view that your firm should be avoided.

9th Jan reply. You have replied to the supply issue but you haven’t mentioned the problems with the refund. Why didn’t you give me my money back as agreed? Why did I have to claim it back through a credit card reclaim?

Ordered the car mats from this company .I don't know that they were manufactured in house.waitedfor delivery took two weeks but when the mats came wow.The mats were brilliant,fitting was spot on ,highly recommend

Ordered some mats, got an email on the 24th of October saying what I ordered wasn't even in stock. I wasn't upset until I asked for a refund then they began to bargain with me and trying to sell something to replace what I originally wanted, I had to send 3 emails asking for my money back before they actually processed it. Only they never processed the refund till 22 days later when I had to ask for my refund for a 4th time. I am still waiting on my money back. This was by a Varshita who is the manager of customer services. Defo not going anywhere near this place again

Edit : As of 1st December STILL no refund, do NOT buy from here unless you want hassle especially from Varshita

Nice quality mats at a reasonable price delivery not quite so quick but my car is not that main stream so no doubt not something they had in stock

Horrendous quality mats they have literally come apart after just over 1 year.
Response from Varshita stating that they are the standard mats therefore implying that we should expect that they should only last 1 year.

Took them 2 weeks to respond to first email had to send a second email. Looks like this company are not the best to deal with after reading the reviews on here.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - don't waste your money!

Bought set of rubber mats to protect new Lexus from muddy winter shoes. Instead of the lovely smell of new car we got a strong stink of rubber / old ashtray; a couple of people asked me if someone had been smoking in the car!! Stuck it out for a month but smell hasn't subsided at all. Tried to call Mr Car Mats to discuss but no answer from either Sales or Customer Services numbers - just voicemail, so mats now in the garage awaiting disposal. £50 wasted.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star.
Ordered my mats got an evri notification saying there expecting them, 1 week later still the same, emailed varshita said she'd look into it. 2weeks later nothing emailed again varshita emailed saying there remaking them, 3weeks later I phoned they said they don't do that pattern, I will be refunded. 4weeks later rang and I was told my refund will take 2 to 3 days to appear in my bank.5weeks later I emailed and rang no response so I emailed them with a template letter from cab and have been reported to trading standards. Just got my refund after 6weeks. DO NOT TRUST OR USE MR CAR MATS.🤬 A shambles of a company

First time writing a negative review anywhere. Car mats were ordered on the 29th of september, nothing too over the top a black car mat with a white/silver border. It was being ordered for an event the following weekend as the weather wasnt great diddnt want to ruin a 32 year old carpet in a car thats new to me. It is now the 27th of october and I still have no car mats.
I have to email more than once before I get a response... Essentually they dont have what I ordered in stock and by the sounds of it havn't been able to source it for 4 weeks... but you can still go on the site today and click the same box I did and get stuck like I have. My response to all this was at first that it is fine one of those things that happens and to send something else "anything you think works" I even sent a picture of a black and white steering wheel im trying to match the mats with for even more information... This was 3 to 4 weeks ago. I've agreed 4 times to have something else made (I know this because after the person emailing told me they are confused after I asked for my refund I had to go back and physically count all the times I said "yes thatll be great, send that". So after waiting a month I finally asked for a refund as stated above, atleast twice but id like to say it was more than that I got an excuse like "they've been cut already" Until I physically took screenshots of their terms and services to show them what their own refund policy is. To which i now have to wait another 30 days for my money to come back to me. Just do yourself a favour for something as silly and small as a car matt do yourself a favour go elsewhere this company are not worth the stress and constant waste of time having to chase them down for a response. on one occasion they even said "Thanks I will send the mats" on the 16th october... after agreeing to yet another car matt they could source I only found out they had'nt even started doing anything an entire week later when I emailed them multipe times to find out whats going on... In the last 5 years I've had a 32 year old car built from parts of another two 32 year old cars and then heavily modified none of it by me btw, and the HARDEST part of all of that was dealing with this company.

Ordered mats apparently the embroidery machine is broken ok fine I tell "Varshita" I'm happy to wait then I get told the logo I picked via there website is copyrighted! At this point I ask them for my money back now if getting a refund was quick & easy I would have forgotten about the whole thing & not left this review but they messed me around for ages so they earned this.

Very good communication I was kept informed of any delays and told the reason for delay.
The mats are excellent looks exactly as I expected and they are luxurious definitely worth what I paid for them . I'll be buying from them again when these mats wear out which won't be for a while looking at the quality of them

Ordered car mats on 2nd October, email sent on 11 October as to mats being despatched. The delivery address is a business address whereby it is closed at weekends. Received tracking stating Delivered Saturday, 12 October, 11:10
your package was left in the mail slot. No sign of any mats and we don't have a mail slot, but a letter box which is far too small for mats. Emailed on both customer support and web sales email to inform that no mats have been delivered. Tried to talk via chat but this just tells you to email - but nobody responds!
The actual time to send the mats was later than quoted, they were never delivered and nobody is replying to my emails! Lost my money and still have no mats.
