It's a no from me!
Sorry to say this was such a bad experience. Steve was late, was at my property for 20 minutes max. During this 'brief' time, he displayed arrogance, was rude and did a terrible rushed job bragging about how many jobs he had to fit into that day; to the point I had to hire another company to redo the job.
Two things that made me passionate about writing a review apart from the above; 1- I was provided with his private bank details and when I asked for an invoice was requested to change what account I use and was provided with business account information... 2- speaking with a friend who asked if I had a recommendation for a carpet cleaner as the experience she had with the last one was terrible. Turns out we used the same 'company'. I recommended the company I hired to re-do the job as that was very pleasant and professional.
I say all this, not to bring someone down, but to hope they reflect and improve the customer experience and service they provide. Letting someone into your home is a vulnerable act so we have the right to feel that person is professional and will do a good job with respect and honesty.
Also to highlight to others as if I had seen reviews, I would never have booked to save stress, panic and unnecessary extra expense.
