I agree with every bad review. Total scam, 2500 gone plus dozens of products that for a small company is huge. Read our experience below:

Writing this as of 04/26/2023. Please be aware before you jump on board and pay the retainer of $2500 (which we paid), listen to our experience. Somehow, we got in contact with MC, and sent them our product and they quickly got back to us stating they loved the product and said it was retail-ready. Then pitched us the idea of having this network of thousands of buyers and that their team would pitch our product to these buyers, and we would receive "leads" of those that were interested. However, they don't even pitch the product nor give you leads that are interested. They dropped 23 "leads" to us over a 6-month period and out of those 23 leads half the emails weren't even legit email addresses, on top of that, the person listed who was interested didn't even work for the company, the others that we could contact didn't even know who Mr. Checkout was nor who we were, and some were just links of new vendor applications, which you find on the web for major corporations. It's like they just pull random companies, send them your way, and hope you can land a deal because trust me 100% of the work is on your shoulders. They give you a store's number and say John is interested in reviewing the line, you call and get a cashier or someone random working in the store and they say idk John doesn't work here. You pay them for you to do all the work. Please don't waste your time, money, samples, and energy with this. You're better off searching stores you want to be in and calling the store because that is all they give you.

I have been using MLM training for all my transportation services and am always satisfied with the high quality of their work! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

Complete scam. Do not work with them. All the positive reviews are fake. They steal your money.

I can take the exact reviews below and say word for word the same things, scam, and everything else that has been said about the company, it is just a $5000 grab, do not sign up for this company, it is just there to take your money, they have no intention or ability to sell your products.

This company is a scam - don’t fall for these other reviews. Mr. Checkout requests a $5,000 retainer to be paid upfront which sales commissions are initially billed against. Mr. Checkout then sends out a blast email with your company product information to a number of distributors and then dumps it on you to do all the work - which we did. You then have 5 days to confirm to Mr. Checkout that you’ve received the list of interested distributors. We followed up via phone to Mr. Checkout within 1 day after reaching out to the distributors, and we reached out immediately and continually. We then provided an excel image showing our progress within 8 days of the initial introduction. We sent out a number of samples, got great feedback, then the distributors strung us along and didn’t do anything. Mr. Checkout failed to update our dashboard properly, claiming we didn’t confirm receipt of the initial distributor list, which records indicate we certainly did. He then claims we didn’t report back sales within 30 days of the end of the quarter. That’s because there were no sales! His team was not very responsive to phone calls and e-mails, and when we did finally reach someone via phone, she was cold and uninterested.

Mr. Checkout’s team failed to list our progress properly, then refused to return our retainer money, stating that our failure to report (no sales!?!) was a breach of contract!

Stay far away from this company as others have made similar claims. We will be taking the Mr. Checkout to arbitration.

Please note, this is not a product failure situation, as our products have sold over a million dollars annually and continue to gain interest.

Mr. Checkout’s premise is to collect retainers and then sit back and do nothing.

Used Mr. Checkout a few years ago and have kept Joel as a friend ever since.

I also agree with the last comment. they do a great job stringing you along with promises and guarantees of increased sales. They said they would start us off in 10 retails stores. It's been months now and not one thing has happened. Not one contact or follow up. They just take your money and run. Not worth it. Don't waist your money.

I tried to conduct as thorough an audit as possible before deciding to work with Mr. Checkout. Today I'm seeing a lot more 1 star reviews that I wish I had seen at the time.

Ignore all the 1 sentence, 5 star reviews, and pay attention to all of these 1 star, multi-paragraph reviews. This company is a complete and total shell game and the shadiest, most corrupt business I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with.

Mr. Checkout claims that they will act as a broker and introduce you to dozens of national distributors. They claim that they will have people working around the clock to service your brand and promote you, and to hand off interested leads after they are primed and ready to buy.

Here is the reality: after providing them with an up-front payment of $5,000, we waited an entire month before hearing from our ‘account manager’ who would be repping our account. After a brief initial intro call, I never hear from them at all, and about once a month I would check in and ask how things were going. They would then proceed to forward me 5 leads and tell me that these people wanted to buy my product. Of those 5 leads, most would have inactive email addresses or dead phone lines. On the rare occasions that someone picked up the phone, they had no awareness of my brand, or of Mr. Checkout. At no point was anyone expecting to hear from me.

I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, and kept asking my account manager if it would help for me to give a presentation or offer some sales training to their staff, to make sure they were presenting the product as effectively as possible. These offers were continually turned down. The reason being, I suspect, was because there was no staff and there was nobody making any calls or repping our brand.

You would think that an actual ‘hand off’ might include providing an introductory email, or booking a time between their customer and a distributor to speak. At no point did anything like that happen. At no point did we close any business.

And that’s because no actual outreach was made on our behalf. All they have is a bunch of spammy lead lists filled with broken information. When a customer of theirs calls to ask “hey, how is it going? Are there any leads? Are you doing any actual work for us?” They copy and paste 5 rows from the lead list and email them to you.

On an incredibly rare occasion, by sheer luck, they might actually forward you working contact info to a human being willing to hear about your product - not that this person will have actually heard from Mr. Checkout before you call, however. But I don’t think this is their actual business model. Their actual business model is that they have a clause saying you need to send them a sales report every month for 2 years showing who and when you called the (fake) leads that they send to you. If you miss as much as one month, they get to keep your $5,000 down payment. They are banking on their customers ‘slipping’ and forgetting to send a report. Either that, or they are banking on a customer being big enough that they simply forget they ever hired them and then they just pocket the $5K. Given how unethical this company is, I doubt they will be around in 2 years to give anyone back their ‘down payment.’

But, for us, $5K was a lot of money, and they immediately pocketed it and kicked us off once we called them on all of their lies.

Used to work with Bob, now I’m working with Joel. Will be using them again.

Too bad you can't rate this at 0 stars. This is a total scam! Don't fall for it! They will literally try to delete digital data to get out of legal enagements.

Seriously, they figure that small busiesses don't have enough money to take up a lawsuit.

Total scam, and they will blatantly lie. Stay away.

Really helpful and efficient. Really nice to deal with too. Quick response, very reasonable percentages, kept up to date throughout. Would definitely recommend!
