Personnel involved went the extra mile of getting my issue resolved and it involved multiple personnel.
Account Access
I have been unable to access my account on both the app and the website. I have tried to use the Forgot My Password option as required without success. I called customer service and was told there are glitches in the transition to Rocket Mortgage. Customer service was able to email me my escrow statement, but now I cannot access my tax statement. Very frustrating.

I don't understand why I have to reach out to my homeowner's insurance to have the binder changed and email it to you when the correspondence I received read it would be automatic. When asked for the email address, it was over 10 mins to find. So, I emailed the new binder and have not heard back that it was received.

Mr Cooper Could Care Less about Customer Service
I had little relationship Mr. Cooper after my mortgage was transferred to them because I seldom had reason to contact them. BUT when I did, its Customer Service was simply awful. I was seldom able to reach them by phone and never given the option to wait on hold. Instead, the recorded voice tells to Chat with them online. The Chat wait, however, is abominable. Today, 1/6/2026, I waited in Chat through 12 people and then was dropped. So I had to proceed all over again and wait through another 12 people. I'm still waiting for a resolution and have been instructed to Chat again in another week. Back in November 2025, I was nickel-dimed over a request for a payoff letter. I'm only glad I am no longer a customer. Sad commentary. Poor Rocket Mortgage for acquiring them!
Wonderful customer service …
I was affected by the government shutdown and requested a forbearance. The agent that assisted me when I called for a status update was understanding and showed great customer service. She was very informative when explaining all my updated options. It was greatly appreciated.

Harassment starting by the 6th
I do not like yall harassing me. As long as I pay before the 15th. I Never had a mortgage company keep calling me like this and I dealt with a few. This not my first house. I NEVER was late not even with Lakeview. I been here 8 years! So if I pay it on the 6th don’t be calling me. Wait until the 16th. PLEASE!!
