Sold my MacBook Pro 13” 2017 256GB in Mint condition, the valuation was higher than competitors thus the reasoning for choosing to sell with Mresell. Excellent customer services team! Quick to respond to my queries. UK Home free collection of goods by DHL Express was fantastic, top notch selling experience! Quality Checks were competed within a working day, although payment did take some time but this is understandable as it was Christmas time. Overall a great experience for selling my MacBook Pro.

Sold my 2015 MacBook Pro with them. Higher quotes than all other sites. Was a little surprised having to send my laptop to Sweden but they took care of the shipping and was able to track the parcel. After they received my MacBook it took about a week to get it checked and I was offered the amount that I originally accepted. No issues or hiccups. Great service!

I'll be honest, I was dubious at first, I got quotes for my 2019 Macbook Pro from a lot of different places including a trade-in from Apple and Mresell were significantly higher than every quote.

I arranged for pick-up, even had to adjust the pic-up date and the service/ contact team responded very quickly.

The Laptop arrived in Sweden just before Christmas and the payment for the full quoted amount arrived in my account today (30/12/2020).

Based on my zero hassle dealing with the UK Mresell I'd recommend them for selling your Apple stuff.

Ordered a MacBook Air which came quickly (in fact a day quicker than estimated) and was in excellent condition. A very good purchase and I will certainly use them again.

This was my second time selling a device with mResell and, just like the first time, it was very straightforward. One minor hitch was that I was paid a tiny amount less than the quoted price; when I queried this they apologised, explaining that it was a fee that I should not have been charged, and immediately paid the difference.

Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Very impressed. I ordered a MacBook Pro and it was delivered within 24 hours (review written during covid restrictions so 24 hours is impressive). The device was as described.

No comment on warranty service (yet).

I know it’s not a new device, but still a little disappointed the packaging was not a little better. It was just in a plain transport box, would have been nice if it was in its own box, as this would make it more personable instead of commercial - but this is only a personal preference and has no bearing on the service provided.

Amazing service in selling a phone and so easy. Got a quote on line, was given a postage label and dropped the phone off at a DHL drop off point. Mresell notified me they had received the phone and then confirmed that I would receive the payment in my bank account. Very quick and efficient.

Ok. I waited for 2 months after I received the product to give it an objective review.
I bought an apple watch 5 on this website and I should say that the price and the condition when it arrived in my hands were both perfect.
Until one week ago I accidentally dropped the watch on the ground and then the screen broke immediately. I have doubts whether the original screen has been replaced with a third-party screen. But then otherwise it works perfectly so I would still give it 3 stars!

I've been looking to buy a refurbished 27" iMac for a while, but the lack of options on Apple's website was an issue. mResell's catalogue was a welcome surprise. Items with issues or minor damages are documented and I was able to choose with transparency. In the end I got a bargain and although I was worried about the lack of original packaging, the box it came with was better packed than Apple's. I'll be keeping it for future moves. It arrived from Sweden to the UK in less than 5 days. Buy with confidence.

Selling price reduced after technician review my Macbook and a new battery required. No report given to show the failings and when asked for they couldnt provide. £228 knocked off the price for the battery but a new battery for that laptop is around £100 - £120. Disappointed, Mac returned and postage waived. Won't be using again.

Your delivery service gave one date then, at short notice, changed it to a day earlier. As we were going to be out for some time during the delivery pareriod (the whole day) I went online immediately and asked that the iMac be delivered to our neighbours. Their driver didn't get the message, and it is fortunate that we were at home for a half-hour when he arrived.

The product desciption specified that the iMac would be supplied with an Apple keyboard and mouse. It arrived with a Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. While I appreciate that these are more expensive options, I specifically wanted the wired versions. You have been kind enough to send an Apple mouse, but have not changed the keyboard sending instead a USB C cable.
This should have been in the first delivery as, in order to set up the iMac it is necessary to connect mouse and keyboard to Bluetooth in order to enter an Apple ID. Fortunately a neighbour came to the rescue.
